We are a mid-size industrial and service oriented company with several plant locations in the Northern NJ area. We are looking for a Senior System Administrator/Analyst to help build and support our growing infrastructure. Candidates for this position should have a strong background in support of desktop/infrastructure, cloud management, database systems and packaged applications.
The candidate must have both technical experiences supporting help desk/network environments as well as software knowledge to support industrial/business applications. The position will report to the IT Director and will be tasked to quickly come up to speed to become a valued flexible resource in the IT group. It is vital that the candidate has work experience working for small –mid size companies and can handle a fast pace multi-tasking environment. We are looking for a seasoned worked who can field service calls, work independently, not afraid of taking ownership and lead projects.
This position requires both traditional technical knowledge (networks, desktop servers, OS, etc.) and proven application support experience. Do not apply if all you know and want to do is network/helpdesk support or only business application support. We want someone who is a quick learner and has the potential to do it all within a small team environment.
General Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in a technical or related area
· Solid IT supportexperience with strong understanding of IT infrastructure, theories and practices
· Administration and monitoring of Microsoft based infrastructural components such as Active Directory, SQL Server, e-mail (Office 365) and web servers etc.
· Good interpersonal, written, oral communication and documentation skills
· Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and professional way
· Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to details and quality of service
· Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with all levels of management
Required Skills (at least 4 of 6)
· Strong Knowledge on Windows desktop and server OS
· Strong Knowledge on Active Directory and Exchange administration
· Solid Experience developing and/or supporting SharePoint sites and business applications
· Proficient in scripting for Administration and Automation (powershell, vbscript, etc.)
· Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server support and SQL scripting/reporting
· Solid networking knowledge/experience working with FWs, routers, switches, VOIP, etc.
Prior Work Experience:
· 6+ years network and/or help desk technical support

My client, Really Good Stuff (Monroe, CT) is looking to hire a Marketing
Analyst reporting to the Marketing Director. Based in Monroe, CT, this
position is responsible for managing all circulation planning and analysis
for the company's catalog mailings and product lines. Specifically, he/she
will:
· Manage all catalog circulation plans, including pro forma
forecasting & selection/ model criteria decisions at the list level.
