Networking for Pharma Process R&D Candidates (China Locations)
Posted by: "Keith Bogen SPHR" keith.bogen@yahoo.com hrslugger2002

I am conducting some searches right now in the pharmaceutical industry. My well established client is growing and seeking to add more Process R&D individuals to their team in China. They are adding people at the Executive Director, Senior Director, and Director levels. Some of these people will be managing teams as large as 30-50 Process Chemists and will be interfacing directly with the company's clients in the United States. So, it's an excellent opportunity for someone to grow rapidly in their career. China has not been hit by the horrible recession we have seen here in the United States.
They are offering relocation assistance, a base salary, bonus, stock options, and medical benefits. We are ideally seeking candidates who speak Mandarin, have a PhD, and who come from "Big Pharma."
Who do you know in Process R&D that might be a good fit for these positions? I would appreciate any referrals you may have. Thanks in advance for your time!
P.S. Please invite me to connect on LinkedIn. Use tammy@aexsearch.com . Let's share networks and stay in touch!
