CGS Technology Associates has been a pioneer in providing information technology professional services and solutions to Fortune 500 companies in Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Pharmaceuticals industries.

CGS Technology Associates is currently looking for Senior Java Documentum consultants for our Life Sciences clients in New Jersey and New York.

These are long term assignments for individuals you have the following skills:
• Create applications from detailed specifications using specified programming language(s).
• Code, test, debug, document and maintain programs.
• Good understanding of DB and interactions with web tools (Oracle 8-9i).
• Good understanding of http request life cycle.
• Proficient in HTML, JAVA Script, CSS, AJAX.
• Good understanding of Object Oriented design and programming methodologies.
• Experience with version control applications and build process (Visual Source Safe).
• Experience with Web Services.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with multi-tiered architectures.
• J2EE (1.3 /1.4).
• Siteminder / LDAP integration (Nice to have).
• jUnit (Nice to have).
• Ant (Nice to have).
• Analyzes application requirements and provides recommended design.
• Create detailed project outlines and application design specifications.
• Quality reviews of code developed by other development staff.
• An understanding of and experience with full software development lifecycle including functional & technical specification, development on object oriented design, documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance and deployment.
• Designs for more complex integration with other applications/technologies.
• Responsible for leading a team of developers and managing to project timelines/deliverables.
• Understanding of application architecture.
• Assist senior developers with project outlines and specifications.
• Java (JDK 1.3.x / 1.4.x), JSP, Servlets.
• J2EE (1.3 /1.4).
• Understanding of Documentum and interaction with web tools.

Additional Requirements
• Leading development for WebTop based application
• Developing and deploying Documentum WebApp and DocApp
• Creating and Maintaining System Configuration Specifications
• Solid understanding of application infrastructure components and architecture
• Working with XML Documentum contents
• Experience with structuring and executing knowledge transfer
• Experience in maintaining and customizing WebTop based COTS systems
• Experience with application development in a validated environment
• Pharmaceutical experience is a PLUS

My company has an immediate need for the positions below. If you know of anyone, please let me know. Right now we have no sub-acute unit manager and we don't have enough per diem RNs to cover the vacancy. The per diem RNs are likely to get a lot of hours until a sub-acute unit manager is selected or possibly be promoted into the sub-acute unit manager position if they do well. We are looking for the right fit for the sub-acute unit manager and this may take time to fill. My company only allows RNs to work the sub-acute unit. It currently has 13 patients on it with a max of 17 patients.

Full time Cook : Safe Serve Certification required.

Full time RN Sub-acute Unit Manager: BSN or BSN student preferred. 2 years Sub-acute RN experience required. Pay rate based on experience. Current Mantoux test or chest Xray required.

Full time 3-11 Long Term Care RN. 42 bed unit. Dementia patients. Severe Sundowning. 2 years RN/LPN Long Term Care experience required. Must be able to work every other weekend. Pay rate based on experience.

Per diem RNs : $30.00hr non-holiday pay rate/$45.00hr holiday pay rate. Must have prior Sub-acute RN or LPN experience. Current Mantoux test or chest Xray required. Must be able to work 7-3 New Year's Day.

Per diem Holiday C.N.A.s: Current nursing students preferred. 2 years C.N.A. experience requiredd. Non-holiday pay rate: $13.00hr for first 16 hours per week, then $10.00hr. Holiday pay rate: $19.50hr. Must be able to work New Year´s Day. Current Mantoux test or chest Xray required.
