This role is a combination of Cisco Engineering and Windows Administration. It requires a unique individual capable of wearing "many hats" in a 24x7 complex distributed environment.
Within this role, the employee needs to be comfortable working with users at all levels and assisting with daily Help Desk and Desktop Support work. This role will be a true "jack of all trades" and will offer the employee a wonderful learning opportunity as he or she will be completely involved in all areas of IT Operations.
This position is responsible for providing high-level administration and support for a complex distributed Cisco Network and VPN, Windows Server, Clustering, Active Directory, Exchange and VMware ESX environment. The responsibilities include assisting with architectural design and implementation of new technologies and upgrades, engineering and maintaining Cisco routers and switches, supporting Microsoft based development efforts, providing support to systems, applications and users and some project management. This position is required to be very proactive in researching and providing solutions to meet the company's needs. This unique individual should also be well versed in all other aspects of distributed computing including: SAN/NAS, Server Hardware, Citrix, Server Monitoring Tools and Procedures.
The technical environment has 200 users and 400 servers. On the Cisco side they are running the 6500 series, ASA's, and Catalyst 5 switches. Engineer will be installing, upgrading, and configuring routers and switches and, more importantly, installing devices. He/she must understand Cisco from a Engineering standpoint.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and support Windows 2003/2008 servers, including Exchange 2010, Blackberry, IIS, SQL, and Application hosting
- Manage all Cisco engineering issues
- Manage all major Operating System upgrades and patching cycles
- Recommend, install, and maintain resource, capacity and monitoring tools.
- Fundamental knowledge of backup technologies including VTL and data deduplication
- To proactive lead and/or participate as a team member for group projects
- Implement and administer VMware 3.x and vSphere, with expert knowledge of DRS and HA
- Expert using VMware Converter for Hot and Cold P2V migrations
- Work with EMC SAN\NAS technologies
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows Directory Services Infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Administer and support Warehouse Systems and Wireless Symbol Guns
- Provide preventive maintenance and emergency on call support of production services on a 24x7 basis
Required Skills/Knowledge:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of, and real world experience, in the following areas:
- Cisco Engineering - routing and switching
- Experience with the following protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP
- Expert knowledge of the Windows Server Operating System(s)
- Expert level experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Exchange 2003/2010
- VMware ESX
- Installation, maintenance and support of MS SQL 2005
- Experience working with Citrix and WinTerminals

Experience Needed:

*Provide a technical point of escalation for troubleshooting for NOC Operators for issues/events/outages
*Serves as a subject matter expert in service, production, or support area of responsibility. May serve in a lead capacity.
*Mentor and provide training to NOC Operators on technically- related aspects of work performance and duties/tasks
*Facilitate training to ensure all personnel are proficient in every aspect of all operations processes
*Assist in the development and documentation of training policies and procedures
*Drive issues related to vendor faults and outages to resolution
*Be able to perform all duties/responsibilities of the NOC Operator position
*Assist the NOC Operators with their daily work activities when appropriate and/or necessary
*Provide surveillance of the Firm's WAN/LAN using all applicable NOC Network and Systems Management Tools
*Perform initial troubleshooting, problem analysis and isolation of network and system events in accordance with NOC incident management guidelines
*Quickly identify and analyze network events from network monitoring system
*Troubleshoot, evaluate, track, and manage network problems and recommend the best solutions while escalating to higher tiers according to NOC procedures
*Follow through and assist in troubleshooting after escalating to engineering staff
*Respond to network activities, as required-this includes supporting SLA commitments between network operations and internal/external customers
*Facilitate and coordinate the flow of communications between the NOC, PC Support, Engineering, as well as external vendors and third party ISP partners
*Responsible for providing high-level network and systems operations support for the Firm and Regional Data Centers
*Manage change tickets within the guidelines of the NOC change management procedures
*Provide input and feedback for the use and optimization of NOC network management applications/tools as well as NOC processes and procedures
*Work with limited supervision (sometimes independently) while providing clear, documented activities to include customer or technical issues
*Understand and respond properly to escalation procedures
*Inform manager or supervisor in a clear, concise, and timely manner of any end-user or technical issues
*Provide quality, timely and accurate end-to-end support of any issues within functional area of responsibility-this includes (but not limited to) phone, email and documentation/ tracking of the incident in the ticketing system
*Enter data into trouble ticketing system in an accurate and complete manner to document problems including diagnostic results and multiple product correlation as well as escalation and repair performance information
*Escalate outage events and or impairments to appropriate individuals and organizations, when not resolved in the prescribed amount of time
*Monitor and track scheduled network maintenance activities in applicable tools analyzing the duration and potential impact to customers and ensuring they are consistent with approved times for these activities
*Provide input and feedback for the development and improvement of NOC communications processes and procedures
*Develop technical documentation/training material in support of NOC processes and procedures

The Manager, Business Analytics will play a lead role within the Global Sales Operations team.
Discover new paths for growth by uncovering and developing new
analytic customer segments
Provide integrated analytical solutions across customers and
channels to improve decision-making for marketing and sales
Optimize budget and programs through test-and-learn, discipline,
innovation and analysis to get the best possible return on

This role will give presentations to and rub elbows with Sr mgmt

Role will be more tactical focusing more on the technical side,
less on the marketing side. Very strong SAS skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
