· Directs and oversees Internal Audit's process of identifying and evaluating the Company's key risk areas
· Directs and oversees the development of Internal Audit's annual audit plan
· Develops the annual budget for the Internal Audit function and monitors and controls actual performance against the budget
· Ensures Internal Audit costs are completely and accurately reflected in the Company's P&L statements
· Directs and oversees the performance of financial, operational, compliance and IT audits performed by the Internal Audit group
· Directs and oversees the performance of corporate inquiries/investigations performed by the Internal Audit group
· Reviews and ensures the completeness and accuracy of all reports issued by the Internal Audit function
· Directs and oversees the Internal Audit quality assurance program
· Ensures the operations, structure, practices and procedures of the Internal Audit function comply with the International Standards of the Institute of Professional Auditors
· Ensures coordination of Internal Audit activities with the testing activities of the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance group and the auditing activities of the Company's external/independent auditors
· Communicates the status and results of Internal Audit activities to the Company's senior management team and to the Audit Committee
· Fulfills the duties and responsibilities as a member of the Company's Ethics and Compliance Committee
· Directs and oversees the Internal Audit function's professional development and training program
· Travel for this position is expected to be relevant to the size of the company.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required, masters preferred
A minimum of 15 years overall business experience, including at least 5 years as a senior leader of audit, finance or accounting organizations
Certified as a public accountant (CPA) or certified as an internal auditor (CIA) required
knowledge of IT security and controls protocols, and IT auditing principles
Considerable knowledge and skill in applying professional auditing principles and practices, including knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
Considerable knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, including knowledge of the COSO and COBIT internal control frameworks
Considerable knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Knowledge of enterprise risk management methodologies
Experience in auditing or accounting in a manufacturing environment of a global company
Experience in interacting and presenting to senior level executives of public companies

Project Manager

General Description/Position Overview:
The successful candidate will work with members of a cross functional team to manage projects and operational processes. Provide the company with excellent project visibility across the organization, manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and work with onshore & offshore teams to ensure products are released on time and with high-quality.
Essential Duties/Accountabilities:
~Shepherd projects and project teams through full software development lifecycle process (SDLC) from early design through release.
~Work with internal and external team members to define and document project scope; break projects down into key deliverables & critical path milestones; develop and maintain project plans and schedules; track and report on project status and cost; recommend alternate or exit strategies if applicable.
~Good understanding of SDLC with the discipline to follow the steps, ensuring process is followed by all team members.
~Monitor, evaluate and communicate project risks, issues, scope, and timeline and provide guidance accordingly to team members.
~Assist team members in resolving issues in a timely manner by coordinating discussion as necessary.
~Report on project progress to management as requested and as needed.
~Anticipate and/or proactively solicit issues; make schedule and project corrections before issues become critical.
~Review project schedules with other project managers to ensure they are in synch with expectations.
Qualifications:
~PMP Certification.
~5 -7 years' experience with web or software project management.
~Strong project management skills.
~Knowledge of waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies.
~Self-starter and independent worker with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast- paced environment with little supervision.
~Ability to change gears quickly and accommodate shifts in priority as needed.
~Superb interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
~BA or BS from an accredited college or university; Computer Science degree a strong plus.
Ability to travel overseas is a plus (not required)
~Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
~Passion for technology and track record of continuing education.
~Detail oriented, methodical, process-oriented with proven ability to instil processes in start up environment.
~Team player with get-it-done attitude who strives for perfection and performs well under pressure.
~Small company / start up mentality with appreciation for the benefits of structure.
~Ability to work well with a team of people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

The Manager, Business Analytics will play a lead role within the Global Sales Operations team.
• Discover new paths for growth by uncovering and developing new analytic customer segments
• Provide integrated analytical solutions across customers and channels to improve decision-making for marketing and sales
• Optimize budget and programs through test-and-learn, discipline, innovation and analysis to get the best possible return on investment firm to provide the right product to the right customer at the right time.
• This role will give presentations to and rub elbows with Sr mgmt and high level non-executive staff.
• Role will be more tactical focusing more on the technical side, less on the marketing side. Very strong SAS skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
•50% of this role is determining the effectiveness of direct marketing activities through various analytical methods including but not limited to: segmentation, value schemes and predictive modeling , experimental design, LTV, reporting & analysis, finc'l modeling, and web mktg measurement.
•Provide integrated analytical solutions across customers and channels to improve decision-making
•Build functional expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: database marketing, integrated channel marketing (including web), sales effectiveness, analytical tools, techniques, and other infrastructure requirements
•Ensure that quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables meet internal client expectations and identify new opportunities
•Provide leadership and direction to assigned staff on all aspects of client deliverables including preparation, management of project budgets and resource allocation
•Perform ongoing training activities to educate staff in strategic analytical concepts and issues
•Clearly articulate project goals and objectives to technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have strong mathematical or statistical backgrounds and proven success managing an analytical team.
•8 plus years of database marketing experience using data management and analytical methods
•Deep experience in statistical modeling techniques and analysis, including segmentation, predictive modeling, experimental design, LTV, reporting and analysis, financial modeling, web marketing measurement
•Highly skilled in SAS, SAS EM, or SPSS, and SQL, MS Excel and MS Access
•Experience with other CRM software a plus
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects
•Ability to mentor, grow and train staff with sales and marketing
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•BS in statistics, mathematics, or economics, an advanced degree is a plus
•Experience with B2B data (e.g., Dun and Bradstreet), high tech industry highly preferred
•Flexibility to travel up to 10%

High profile financial firm with offices in Jersey City and NYC seeks a Senior Java developer to join them full time. This role can be in either JC or NYC. This exciting position would offer a Senior Java developer with strong skills in Middleware, the opportunity to work closely with mission critical, data driven systems for the firm and will develop the middleware integration layer that will connect key data centric systems. This layer will be able to extract data from any and/or all of the data centric systems. This system will also be used to interface to other client facing applications.
Skills must include:
· Strong experience in messaging, i.e. JMS, MQ, Tibco Rendezvous, Tibco EMS
· Strong experience in Web Services in Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat
· Review requirements and create technical designs and estimates
· 8 - 10 years experience in application development utilizing JAVA/J2EE technologies
· Participate in Internal and External Technical Design sessions
· Proven ability to work with business users, gather and document requirements and analyze and provide delivery timelines
· Experience in open source development on a UNIX & Linux platform using tools such as Eclipse, Subversion
