Sr Manager, Document Management $150-180,000 + B in Jersey City , NJ
Responsibilities: We are looking to hire a senior (group) manager to lead the Document Management cluster of the Systems organization, reporting into Division Head for that cluster. This leader will help to shape the vision / strategy for this important firm wide initiative, promote the initiative across the various Lines of Business, establish a strong project governance model and work with the key areas throughout the bank to educate the organization on topics such as imaging, scanning, optical character recognition (OCR), workflow and content management repositories. He or she will be responsible for validating the current technology framework and work to implement the various technology tools associated with that framework, helping to build standards and best practices for using that framework to develop document management business solutions for the firm. He or she will also be responsible for updating senior committees throughout the back
with the status of this initiative. These committees include the Systems Executive Steering Committee (SESC), the Operations Oversight Committee (OOC), the Systems Operating Committee and others.
Specific skills required include:
• Strong group management and project governance skills.
• Strong presentation skills (both oral and written) and a track record of preparing presentations and delivering them to senior audiences.
• Experience with the following topics and related software:
o Scanning and imaging
o Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
o Content Management
o Workflow
o Business Process Management (BPM)
The ideal candidate will have marketed and implemented a Document Management strategy within an organization along with the associated technology framework and governance structure to support that strategy.
• Specific knowledge and hands on experience working with Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as Pega Systems' SmartBPM tool or IBM's Lombardi (Blueprint & Teamwork which is used here at BBH) products is a must.
• Experience with Oracle's Enterprise Content Management platform and Universal Content Manager (UCM) repository is also a big plus.
• Strong budgeting skills and experience managing large group and project budgets.

Manager, Engineering Documentation
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Company's
Biologic's Facilities & Engineering Group's documentation systems and drawing
libraries. The system encompasses all Engineering documentation that supports
new equipment/systems, engineering studies, drawings, commissioning testing, and
project turnover packages. This position will also be tasked with ensuring that
all related GMP and Non-GMP Master Documents are current and accurate. The CAD
services function will also be managed by this position.
Manager, Engineering Documentation
Develop procedures for the Company's Biologics site for the management of GMP
and Non-GMP Master Drawings
Establish and maintain a master inventory list of all GMP and Non-GMP Drawings
in an editable format as well as a corresponding hard copy utilizing the
Company's Global Engineering Documentation Management System (EDMS)
Provide a site specific procedure for associating an approved change control
request for engineering master drawings with the drawing revision process
Develop a procedure for electronic routing of engineering documents for update,
review, and approval
Ensure that procedures, documentation, and drawings are maintained according to
Company's Corporate and Regulatory requirements
Manage CAD Services for the Company's Biologics site
Manage complete turnover package through project life cycle for all vendor and
site engineering documentation
Interact with site QA to support regulatory and internal cGMP inspections and
audits to ensure documents are maintained in an audit-ready state
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering or life sciences field
At least 5 years experience in engineering project documentation work in a
biotech or similar manufacturing arena
At least 3 years experience managing Engineering documentation systems or
equivalent
Experience with cGMP, GDP, and other applicable regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication and problem solving skills with a service oriented
attitude
Must have strong organizational skills and be creative with implementing a
structured data management philosophy
Must be familiar with MS Office Applications, MS Project, AutoCAD, AIA CAD

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director – Supplier Diversity is responsible for leadership in managing and
building a robust supplier diversity program in the CLIENT COMPANY. The mission
of the Director – Supplier Diversity is to proactively seek out, identify,

services and/or commodities which are purchased by CLIENT COMPANY. It is also
the mission of the incumbent to provide technical assistance within CLIENT

expectations.The Director is directly accountable for leveraging CLIENT
COMPANY's supplier diversity program, including building support from internal
constituencies such as sales and marketing, as well as others and identifying
key opportunities for improved relations and balance of trade. Additionally, the
incumbent has overall responsibility to key internal clients relative to
reporting measured success in CLIENT COMPANY's supplier diversity program(s).
CLIENT COMPANY's Director of Supplier Diversity must function as CLIENT

diverse supplier base become advocates of CLIENT COMPANY in growing CLIENT
COMPANY's businesses. Monitor and align corporate goals, especially sales goals

interests. Support strategic goals and initiatives, preserve future business

· Manage the end-to-end supplier diversity program for all CLIENT
COMPANY strategic business groups. Create robust supplier diversity source
list/database. Personally develop methods and procedures so that all CLIENT
COMPANY spending adheres to corporate guidelines as well as federal, state or
local guidelines, e.g. SOX and requirements for diversity spending and bidding.
Prepare an annual utilization plan that establishes CLIENT COMPANY's certified
supplier diversity expenditure goals. Develop and maintain key metrics and
reporting tools (e.g., bid solicitations, bid responses, and patterns of
inappropriate or incomplete bids from all diverse suppliers that bid to CLIENT
COMPANY) and implement innovative solutions and secure complex, unique business
partnerships and arrangements to meet CLIENT COMPANY supplier diversity needs.
Review all formal procurement activities directed at enhancing diverse supplier
business utilization and participation. Proactively manage relationships to
ensure mission critical needs are met in a
timely manner while minimizing risk and financial impact. Establish
standardization across all Business Units to assure consistency in protecting
CLIENT COMPANY' interests and employ a collaborative management style to gain
acceptance from all Business Units. Leverage demand across all Business Units to
maximize supplier diversity within CLIENT COMPANY. Provide creative, solution
oriented input to manage business, legal, and financial aspects of relationships
and specific transactions, while ensuring optimal results with minimal exposure
and consequences to CLIENT COMPANY.
· Communicate and educate. Communicate across all levels at the CLIENT
COMPANY the strategic value associated with a supplier diversity program to
ensure the CLIENT COMPANY achieves its strategic product/service, financial, and
operational initiatives. Educate senior management, associates and CLIENT
COMPANY clients on supplier diversity by communicating the rationale, goals, and
internal procedures regarding the supplier diversity program(s). Create
accountability among strategic executives, managers and across business units
for helping to ensure that all areas of the CLIENT COMPANY value chain are fully
represented by companies with effective diversity initiatives of their own.
Develop and deliver seminars, workshops and training for the CLIENT COMPANY
associates, clients and appropriate external organizations that promote the need
and use of a diverse supplier base. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market
and vendor research to continually improve the CLIENT COMPANY supplier diversity
program. Create programs that will result in customer loyalty because of the
diversity efforts CLIENT COMPANY makes. Lead CLIENT COMPANY supplier diversity
mentoring efforts. Develop a strategy for training and mentoring the supplier
base by delivering programs, training workshops, etc., to help the relevant
supplier base improve operations so they can better meet CLIENT COMPANY needs.
Advise and provide consultative support to the CLIENT COMPANY executive leaders
on business, legal, and financial issues of relationships or specific
transactions related to supplier diversity. Advise and consult with CLIENT
COMPANY senior management, sales, marketing, risk management and corporate legal
regarding impact of critical relationships, and agreement issues. Create
appropriate recognition awards to recognize both internal associates and
suppliers that help the supplier diversity program succeed at the CLIENT
COMPANY.
· Participate as an active member in relevant industry groups and/or
professional organizations to further promote CLIENT COMPANY's strategic goals
and interests regarding supplier diversity Explore possible public/private
partnerships with other agencies and businesses that may assist CLIENT COMPANY
in accomplishing increased diversity among our supplier base. Participate in
industry-wide supplier diversity cooperatives and supplier diversity events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Education -

Manufacturing Workers in Freehold NJ

Spherion has the following position open in a manufacturing facility in
Freehold New Jersey
The hours are: 3:30 PM to 12 AM, Monday/Friday, with possible Saturday hours of
overtime.
Starts 12/20/2010 until 3/31/2011.
Paying $9:50 per hour.
Must wear safety glasses, and steel toed shoes.
Must have relievable transportation.
C Shift: - 3:30pm - 12:00am - Pay: $ 9.500/hr Start ASAP
Operate production machine and regular quality checks. Other duties include
area clean up, relief, recycling, strict adherence to safety/environmental
policies and product specifications. Safety glasses and safety shoes (prefer
steel toe shoes) are required. No open-toed shoes, shorts or tank tops.
Shoulder length or longer hair must be tied back and no dangling jewelry.
Must be available for occasional overtime, including early/over shift and
some weekends. Must be able to work in a light industrial environment. Basic
English communication and basic experience with computers are necessary for
this position as well as reliable transportation is a must. HS Diploma or
GED preferred but not required The Freehold, NJ location is a Prestone
Manufacturing/Packaging plat (Antifreeze, Brake Fluid, Power Steering Fluid,
Automatic Transmission Fluid and Windshield Washer Fluid) Approximately 70%
of the time the Production Operators are monitoring the production lines,
clearing jams and loading cardboard into the machine. The machine does the
packaging unless there is a special order for small packs. On occasion the
workers will need to perform recoup where they will open the packaged
product and pour back into a main container requiring lifting up to 60lbs.
Also, workers sometimes need to clean up spills or drips. Site specific
safety procedures are provided as part of safety training/orientation at the
facility.
Must be able to work standard 40 hour work week, plus overtime as required,
including Saturdays.
