Candidate should be familiar with MSF or a similar process and the relevant roles for each process. Continuously evolve the FI Application Management function in line with global business requirements Leverage good understanding of fixed income trading (pricing, risk, electronic markets and trade workflow) and trading systems to support the traders' functional requests Previous experience working in an offshore model with established examples of working through the difficulties of locations being dispersed and working in time zones that meet the need of the primary location Experience where the candidate can demonstrate best practices of how requirements should be gathering in an offshore model and how requirements get converted into a deliverable from app dev to testing to deployment The candidate should have experience dealing with changing requirement and project management philosophy to ensure that delivery can be achieved and a management practice is implemented around our offshore practice where location and time zone differences need to managed Create efficiencies by identifying global synergies and by leveraging tools, processes and automation opportunities Maintain operational risk at an agreed level whilst maintaining a dynamic release, QA cycle with the right level of operational support and minor development.
