Position Responsibilities Summary
Lead Systems Analyst Capacity Management is a hands-on position
responsible for enterprise wide capacity and performance management of all
company applications and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
· Ensuring ample capacity across all computing environments,
including servers, network, applications, and data center
· Maintain existing BMC Performance Assurance environment, keeping
current with software levels, ensuring data collection across required
environments, and preparing reports as required
· Study continuing trends, identify issues, and suggest course of
action by preparing models/systems/metrics
· Defining and tracking system lifecycle to ensure newest
architectures are being utilized most efficiently in the environment
· Work with application teams to forecast future needs to identify

· Creating monthly capacity report that provides insight into

· Document existing capacity issues and follow through to

Required Skills and Competencies:
· Strong competence in capacity planning, decision-making, and

· 5+ years hands on experience administering BMC Performance
Assurance
· Ability to support Tier 1 applications in a 24x7 environment
