I’m looking for an IT Production Support Manager for a bank in NYC. I would be most thankful for any referrals!
PRODUCTION SUPPORT MANAGER out of FINANCIAL SERVICES…..NYC…..role is hands-on Support Analyst to support business and work closely with technology teams in business centers around the world:
- Provide hands-on technical support for both internal and external clients.
- Perform daily health check of intra-day/overnight system batch processes.
- Build tools to enhance the support system
Experience/Background required:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- 3-5+ years work related experience in the IT field
- Strong UNIX knowledge
- UNIX Shell scripting and/or Perl
- Experience with Java Technologies Java/J2EE
- GWT – Google web toolkit
- Experience with Oracle, SQL, stored procedures/views
- Informatica Power exchange knowledge
- MQ
- Experience with system monitoring tools
- Experience creating automation tools
- FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND (client base consists of asset managers, insurance companies, pension trusts, hedge funds, etc)
Position is located in NYC…..base in the low six figure range….great benefits.
