Job Description A major Bank located in NYC which owns a large Broker-Dealer is looking for a Product Controller.
Responsibilities:
Run, validate and explain the daily P & L.
Prepare daily commentary on P & L movements including analyzing P & L attribution.
Liase with the Valuation and Risk team to ensue proper pricing and P & L impacts.
Prepare the month end close out process and balance sheet substantiation.
Will have daily interaction with the trading desks, IT, Market risk, operations and other key finance groups
( Accounting Policy, management etc.)
Skills Required Should have a strong Finance/Accounting background with intermediate knowledge of pricing of the structured bonds
And credit derivative products.
Candidate must have knowledge of FAS1 133/IAS39, especially derivative accounting, hedge accounting, bond accounting
In trading, AFS and Loans
Must have 5+ years in product control or finance group related to credit derivative products.
Education â€" Must have BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus.

I am seeking a contract Project Manager to manage a large pharmaceutical sales training initiative. The PM will start immediately to assist in the planning stages of the project and will continue on a part time basis through Q1 and Q2. The PM can work on virtual basis, however, may include minimal travel. Candidates should posses the following experience.
· Strong Project Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry
· Experience overseeing training initiatives
· Experience in planning and presenting training plans
· Experience interviewing sales trainers
· Resolving performance issues
· Facilitating scheduled update meetings with client
