Job Title: Interactive Strategist and Business Analyst
Location: New York City, NY / Toronto, Canada
Duration: Full Time
Background:
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
· Must have prior experience with Interactive agencies
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead large-scale web application efforts
· Interact with clients having diverse internal and external stakeholders
· Assist the Project Manager in establishing project goals, objectives, and budget
· Provide support to the sales team on new business development pursuits
· Provide technology consulting services both to our existing clients and new clients
· Defining best practices & quality processes for project support and documentation
· Training and counseling of team members, and implement key performance measures, assess and deliver high quality standards, manage corporate operational objectives, and evaluate progress and overall productivity levels
Skill Sets Required:
· Experience working with large corporate clients
· Should have experience on creating web strategies, web application design
· Good understanding about various web technologies
· Conceptual, analytical, critical and creative thinker
· Experience in full software development lifecycle processes and methodology
· Ability to articulate a vision of the total solution -- from the project-analysis phase, and help
· capture the functional/non-functional requirements to enhance the business/system process workflow
· Ability to deliver substantial revenue, productivity, and quality improvements through well-managed projects
· Should have excellent communication skills
· Should have experience working with clients on Interactive projects
· Cross-discipline knowledge of interactive design, technology and business
· Strong management & planning skills in both detailed information and large entities
· Good leadership, entrepreneurial and team motivation abilities
