Description
Under the management of the Director, Program Management, the Program becomes
solely accountable for delivery on strategic programs. Integral to this activity
is the development, implementation, and constant administration of sound project
management disciplines in accordance with leading practices, as well as
coordination of change management workstreams in the business.
The Program will be responsible for:
-Accountable for realization of program, business, cost and schedule objectives
-Responsible for management of highly complex programs or business initiatives
consisting of multiple related projects
-Oversight of IT solution execution; responsible for working with the project
managers to ensure coordination; ensures that the correct supply-side and
architecture staff is made available to support the projec
-Responsible for assimilation and communication of concurrent IT and Business
activities in the form of Sponsor Meeting updates and status reporting at a
project and program level
-Collaboration on the development of business cases to secure the approval and
resources required to pursue the development of new capabilities, manage the
development of requirement specifications related to new capabilities and guide
the efforts of project teams chartered to implement these same capabilitie
-Management and coordination across multiple technical projects within the IT
portfolio including the effective integration of project and portfolio systems
with other systems important to the management of the book of business in
partnership with other IT and business integration groups;
-Leads and directs one or more project teams
-Creates, reviews, evaluates project plans and objectives
-Responsible for components of: progress communications, schedule management,
resource management, finance management, quality management, scope management,
control management, and benefits management as they relate to the overall
program;
-Communicates project status, milestones and issues to the project sponsors
-Applies effective project management methodologies and control techniques;
-Partner affected account managers to ensure agreement on scope and
priorities.Accountable for ensuring that all work is performed in compliance
with applicable policies, laws and regulations
-Accountable to line manage the team of program managers and drive improvements
in the capabilities of the group
-Defines project approach and gaining client, client engagement manager, and
project team member buy-in
-Works independently and with Project Team members to ensure task-level plans
are completed and executed on track and
-Manages project critical path and scope.
-Program - integrates project plans to program plan; identifies program-level
risks and escalate; prepares options to manage risks; articulates risks and
impact on schedule
-Monitoring program execution plans, resource deployment and overall
coordination efforts to ensure that the overall program and subordinate projects
are completed on schedule, on budget and on scope; management of pre/post
approval of changes impacting scope, schedule and cost according to the agreed
upon change process; responsible for program's release management.

Our client located in Northern NJ is currently seeking a SAP Technical Consultant ASAP!
This individual will be responsible for analyzing transactions to determine if there are any discrepancies and to ensure that access of modules is available to specific parties.
Requirements:
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is a must!
Experience with FI/CO, Sales and Distribution (SD), HR, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Materials Management (MM).
Prior SOX experience would be a plus!

Project Description: In addition to overhauling, modifying, and maintaining a
sales & marketing website, the candidate will be expected to help maintain
detailed documentation of changes to the site. In addition, this position will
also support the company's webcasting function, which includes not only
documentation duties, but also maintaining schedules, cost spreadsheets, and
actually running webcasts. The candidate can expect to have to report to work
very early on occasion, particularly Fridays (which are the typical day for
webcasts). However, just as flexibility is needed, it will be extended; working
from home on occasion is also a possibility.
· Analyzes application requirements and provides recommended design
· Create detailed project outlines and application design specifications
· Quality reviews of code developed by other development staff
· Develops test plans
· Designs for more complex integration with other applications/technologies
· Responsible for leading a team of developers and managing to project
timelines/deliverables
· Assist senior developers with project outlines and specifications
· Proficient in the use of HTML, JAVA, Active X, ASP and various software-aided
design applications
· Use sophisticated "industry standard" web development tools, such as portals
· Demonstrated experience and ability in integrating existing web applications
with backend databases (internal and external)
· Experience with multi-tiered architectures
· Experience with Java, J2EE, EJB, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, Visual
Basic, AJAX and HTML/DHTML and an understanding of COM/DCOM, CORBA and linking
to back-end databases
· Needs to be a self-starter, able to work without detailed, constant direction
· Must be able to maintain records (spreadsheets) of various business
activities, including webcasting
· Webcasting duties will take several hours every week, and will also require
flexibility in scheduling. To be ready to run a webcast, you might be required
to be at work as early as 6 a.m., or to remain past 5 p.m.
