Below is the job description to which I am referring:
Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst that brings experience in the Financial Services Industry. This is a 12 month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Cranford, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3 to 5 years experience in analysis with expertise in different technologies, business areas, application wide analysis, and proposal of solutions.
- Assemble, analyze, and represent business requirements.
- Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations.
- Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Business Analysts should also be able to perform as team leaders when necessary. Familiarity with AML / KYC and CIP Deficiency Reporting needs, the DMAIC Development Methodology, Six Sigma concepts as well as experience designing and developing International applications and processes a big plus.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
