the Software Development Team in Fairfield County, CT.

Title: Senior Business Analyst

Summary:

Experienced and highly technical Senior Business Analyst needed to join
Development team for leading, privately-held company in Fairfield County,
CT. Be "right hand" to Director of Development; excellent opportunity for
growth!

Some of the responsibilities include:

* Serve as a liaison to our internal and external customers

* Gather and prepare business cases for new requirements, enhancement
requests, and project ideas

* Coordinate stakeholder meetings and create customer community
forums

* Support development project charter vision, maintain the Roadmaps,
and work with the stakeholders to adjust it based on business needs

* Coordinate with 3rd Party vendors on outsourced projects

* Document systems and processes, prepare functional design documents
and customer facing materials

Experience & Skills:

* 7+ years as a business analyst or project manager required;
Application Development experience a plus

* In depth expertise in various Software Development Lifecycles
required. Experience leading and managing teams a plus

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required

* Experience in effective project management, resource and project
planning, results delivery, team building, and staying current with relevant
technology and innovation

* Demonstrated ability to bring structure to an unstructured solution
environment by articulating a framework based approach to developing a
solution

* Understanding of Microsoft technologies and technical architecture
of both Web and Windows applications

Twelve plus years of progressive experience including controllerships in

Solid communication throughout the organization

Solid ERP experience - systems implementation is a plus

Although there is a team to be managed, this role is very hands-on

Hi All -

My friend Weston Perry wanted me to post the below job position to the group(s):
 
"We are looking for a Quality Control Manager with precision machining
experience in Fairfield County.  The company produces actuators, a variety of
slides and rollers, tables, and other related products.  It will start out as a
temporary (contract) position, and the manufacturing company will have the
option of taking the person on as a full time, permanent employee.  The ideal
candidate will have 5 years of QC and inspection experience in a comparable
manufacturing environment, plus some management experience.  Anyone interested
