Contract Length: 12 months+ Role: · The PM will be a part of the Project Management Office and not have direct PM responsibilities. · The candidate will support various governance activities that require analysis and follow ups. · In addition the candidate will support the team's director with in senior management activities, such as presentations and written communications. Background: · Technical Consulting, Drive the implementation of charges within project timelines. · Management Consulting, suggesting and implementing best practices. · Business Consulting, supporting the solution of business problems and developing improvement plans. · Data Center Migration, either as a PM (Big Plus) or a member of the migration team (plus). Functional requirements and responsibilities: · Craft senior management level presentations using PowerPoint. · Create and maintain dashboards and statistics/chart. · Follow up to ensure promised commitments are archived. · Good to Excellent Written communication skills. · Conduct technical discussions, at the appropriate level, with senior managers, architects and members of development teams · Ability to take and publish meeting minutes. Technical Requirements: · Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint. · Moderate knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. vlookup) and MS Word. · Basic to Moderate understanding of the SDLC. · Basic understanding of data center infrastructure components and activities. · Basic ability to create Visio charts.
