stand-alone Federally Qualified Health Center in MA. GLFHC provides

The *Chief Human Resource Officer* (CHRO) will report to the CEO and be part
a committed senior management team.* *This is an opportunity to turn around

has responsibility and accountability for providing the leadership and

- Providing the leadership and direction for Human Resources within GLFHC

The right candidate will possess a strong generalist track record in Human

this will be in a service setting in which the employee base largely comes
from the same community as the customer/patient base. Familiarity with
immigration issues is a big plus, as is being bilingual (Spanish is ideal).
Bachelors is required, Masters desirable. The new CHRO must have

Description:
Regeneron is a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. In addition to ARCALYST (rilonacept) Injection for Subcutaneous Use, its first commercialized product, Regeneron has evaluated therapeutic candidates in Phase 3 clinical trials for the potential treatment of gout, diseases of the eye (wet age-related macular degeneration and central retinal vein occlusion), and certain cancers. Additional therapeutic candidates are in earlier stage development programs in rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory conditions, pain, cholesterol reduction, allergic and immune conditions, and cancer.

The candidate will be a hands on developer manager with responsibilities including but not limited to organization and project management, staff development in addition to hand on software development activities. The candidate will lead process improvement I automation projects from business process analysis through to implementation of the application or system. The candidate will support the biotechnology research areas in the design and development of scientific applications. Hands on participation and execution throughout the software development lifecycle, including: architecture, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of scientific business applications. The candidate will be responsible for new and existing systems.

' Experience with Ruby on Rails

' Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
' Experience with relational database design and SQL
' Object oriented design and development knowledge
