Job Description A major Bank Holding Company is looking for a Project Manager – Change Management Onboarding in their New York City office.
Main Duties
Contribute to management reporting with Project Managers when it relates to IT governance needs for Status, portfolio identification and prioritization.
Collation of CFT IT Monthly status reporting.
Ensure that projects are utilizing PMO mandatory templates and artifacts to ensure program consistency.
IT Project Manager in the planning of technology deliverable and communicating the plans to internal And external stakeholders.
Creation and maintenance of detailed project plans covering all functional deliverables.
Update required project/status reporting, meeting minutes, providing visibility on status against milestones and Transparence of risks and issues.
Chair/lead key project meetings including steering committees and working groups.
Coordination of activities and scheduling
Pursue excellence in all aspects of business.
Skills Required Person Requirements – Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3 years Project Management experience
Minimum 3 years experience with structure IT processes and project management
Minimum 5 years working in a major Investment Bank.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with working with outside vendors
Experience in the full systems development lifecycle
Knowledge and experience in investment banking
Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications including MS-Visio and MS-Project
Proficient with MS Vision
Industry recognized certifications in project or change management (PRINCE 11, Six Sigma, PMP etc)
Salary Range This is a full time position with a title of Assistant Vice President and salary is based on experience.
