1. POSITION: .NET Software Engineer, R&D Group

Position Overview:
An experienced hands-on software engineer with at least seven years of experience to help design and develop enterprise solutions delivered both as installed software and as services. Software engineering experience designing and building desktop, server and web based systems is required. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Microsoft Windows application development using both Win32 and .NET APIs, as well as SQL databases. The ability to effectively manage individual work as part of a team is critical to this position.

Skills Required:
§ Object oriented design and development. At least three years of experience with C#/.NET is required in addition to five years experience with VC++ (ATL required) and a strong background with Win32 development in C and C++.
§ SOA based application development, including multiplatform user interface and web service implementation experience. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the full stack of technologies used for web-based services built on the .NET framework.

§ Image processing experience on a Windows platform is required for this position.
§ Experience with Microsoft Office application development.
§ Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft IIS and MS SQL setup and configuration (desired)
§ Software security skills with cryptography and secure authentication.
§ Participation in software projects through delivery and subsequent releases.
§ Agile software development processes including best practices and tools.
§ Strong verbal and written communications abilities.
§ Bachelor's degree -Master's is a plus- in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

2. Senior Software Engineer/Architect Java developer: (RTH or Direct Hire)

Client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced hands-on software architect with at least 7 years of experience to help define, design and develop enterprise solutions delivered as services. Software engineering experience designing and building enterprise systems is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise solutions delivered both as products and as services. The ability to organize requirements and architect a solution is critical to this position.

Required Experience and Skills:
• System architecture skills encompassing networking, operating systems, datastores, web services and user interfaces, and overall Object design.
• Participation in software projects from inception through delivery and subsequent releases.
• Requirements gathering and management.
• Agile software development processes including best practices and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communications abilities.
• Master's degree preferred- in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Object oriented design and development. Java and J2EE expertise is required.
• Experience designing persistent systems using Relational Databases. Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Experience using Hibernate or other Object to Relational mapping systems is preferred.
• Web based application development, including multiplatform user interface and web service implementation experience. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the full stack of technologies used for web-based services including Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, XSLT, XML.
• Experience with advance Javascript frameworks like JQuery.

The other two positions are database (SQLServer/Oracle) consultant and Data center IT operations, where strong self-direction and technical experience are also required.
