The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the development, oversight and coordination of the financial services for a $50M agency.
The CFO is responsible for ensuring the balanced financial operations of the agency and related entities; meeting regulatory guidelines; securing adequate risk management and insurances. This includes design and directs a comprehensive financial and related technological supports to produce increased financial support for the ministries of Lutheran Social
Services New York in accordance with agency policy, its strategic directions. Experience with improving accounting efficiency; skilled at managing staff; ability to track and report key financial indicators and program data.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills; experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies. Significant experience in or knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting is mandatory. Work experience as a CFO in a complex, multi-funding source nonprofit organization or equivalent government agency is required.

Description
Our client is seeking an IT Product Support Analyst to be responsible for
the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, support, planning, monitoring,
security and upkeep of the company's suite of interactive and web
tools/portals and ensure that the systems are performing at levels
acceptable to business requirements that are in defined SLA's. The role
involves flexible work hours and on-call duties as needed to actively
support the applicable products
Required Skills and Experience
. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
preferred
. 3-5 years of experience in supporting web based products
. Experience working with web performance, efficiency, and
sustainability metrics / tools / monitors
. Experience working with programming languages, packaged solutions,
hardware components, software components, tools and their role in enabling
the business
. Must have a thorough understanding of the Software Development
Life Cycle
. Must have a thorough understanding of cloud / hosted services
. Must have strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer
service oriented skills
. Must have strong organizational, analytical, design, quantitative,
problem solving abilities
. Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
. Must be able to exercise strict confidentiality.
Preferred/Desired:
. Good to have experience: ASP.NET, SQL Server, SQL, Windows Server,
Web/Application Servers, specific browser preferences
. Energy Industry experience is a plus
. Financial & credit experience is a plus
