Project Description: Working with our Enterprise Service Provider for HR Services, manage the HRIT Ticket intake and reporting process. Strong Data Analysis and understanding of IT Issue Reporting in a global off-shore model.
Must deal with multiple groups of vendor and client employees across multiple countries. Experience with score cards, metrics (trending), and SLA review is desired.

This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
