Position: Site Search Specialist

Address: New York, NY 10023

Length: 3 mos C2H

Bill Rate: $50/hr

Face-to-Face interview required at own expense

Skills Required:

· Fully understand search engine optimization (SEO) fundamentals

· Experience with implementation of SEO

· Experience with Omniture Site Catalyst or similar web analytics product

· Experience with enterprise search tools such as Google, Verity, Endeca, Omniture a plus

· Familiarity with taxonomies and meta data

· Knowledge of search & discovery (Search, Indexing, Routing and Query functions, Relevancy, and accuracy of search results)

· Experience optimizing and tuning Search

· Ability to work with business users, product managers, QA, Release, UI and cross-functional teams

· Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment

· Strong decision-making skills, and an understanding of where projects fit into development strategy

· Demonstrate integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges

· BS/BA

· Omniture Site Search experience is a plus
