Position Title: Junior Analyst/Administrator

Department: CSI IT Architecture/STP/Middleware

Summary of the position:

Provide support for Equities Operations. The primary focus will be in
support of post trade processing and reporting in support of correspondent
clearing and prime brokerage business lines. Design, develop, and implement
tactical and strategic systems in support of Client's Securities Operations,
Compliance and Prime Brokerage business requirements. Support of pre and
post system implementation, development of projects, ability to coordinate
and liaise between Project Management, Operations and IT. The position will
be based in the New York City office, with a minimum requirement of one day
per week in the NJ office.

Duties / Responsibilities:

After hour on-call support (24 x 7) as required, includes end-of-day batch
support. Perform system administration and maintenance for various systems.
Code programs / interfaces using programming languages such as Visual Basic,
Visual Basic Script, ASP, .Net, Access Basic, Java, SQL, etc. Testing and
documenting of all programs/applications, including the development of test
data. Prepare detailed program documentation enabling knowledge sharing via
the knowledgebase. Support / Administer development of SQL databases.
Evaluate the various procedural and/or programming systems required to
operate and support programs and systems. Study all affected functions and
analyze existing procedures, forms, files, and memos. Support all data
processing operating areas in post implementation support of systems.
Interface with various vendors on technical issues. Understand/Follow
Client's IT policies/requirements such as defined in the SPLC. Requirements:
. College graduate with 2 years experience in application development /
support. . 2 to 6 years of experience in back-office data processing. .
Experience in the following applications is a plus - SunGard Phase3 - Euro
clear Euclid - Advent Geneva - Xcitek XSP . Hands-on development experience
with a combination of the following: - SQL Server (Preferred), Sybase,
Oracle

Experience with Euro clear Euclid is a Must

Strategy & Planning

The Delivery Manager, Testing Services is responsible for
managing and delivering testing services to projects in supply chain, Finance

Engage and work with Global Services Delivery manager's / project managers to
identify the appropriate testing services required, plan and execute the
appropriate services to the project or service with appropriate business value including

and educate the delivery project team on the testing services, testing
strategy, process to engage testing services and how to testing is to be used
as a service. The DM will be the single point of contact to resolve testing
service project related issues. The DM will manage a portfolio of services
being provided to projects and support initiatives and will have responsibility
for planning, delivery and metrics for that service. The DM will monitor and
report on overall activities and metrics of testing services within the group
and with the GS project teams. The DM will proactively identify and resolve
issues that would present a risk to delivery of the service. Provide
operational management support and drive productivity improvement initiatives.
The DM will be responsible for the overall administrative activities of his/her
portfolio, resource coordination for the service. DM will have accountability
to ensure compliance and SDLC adherence.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is
required. A minimum of 8 years IT experience with 5+ years experience in
Application Delivery or testing services is required. Experience using tools
such as HP Quality Center and Performance
Center are required.
Experience using Security
Center , QTP, SAP TAO and
Solution Manager are preferred. Experience in the appropriate application process
and technical knowledge such as SAP, Web, Siebel based on the process areas of
support is required. Process Excellence is preferred.

The Delivery Manager must be an excellent communicator who
has the ability to build and maintain a wide network of relationships in a
global organization to drive results. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage
large ($15MM+) budgets is desired. Must have demonstrated ability to manage
global, cross functional, multi-disciplined initiatives. Must have the ability
to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing in teams together - both
internal and external vendors. Able to take ownership and manage requests,
problems and opportunities with a sense of urgency. A Change Agent with a high
tolerance for ambiguity and drive for continuous improvement. Ability to see
the linkages across critical business processes and understand the impact of
