To: "Mike Shalloway" <mike.shalloway@netobjectives.com>

We have quite a few free webinars coming up in November from Net
Objectives, so I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of them! The first
is November 3, Achieving Enterprise-Scale Agility with
Lean<http://www.netobjectives.com/free-seminar-schedule/achieving-enterprise-scale-agility-lean-nov-2010-webinar>.
One of the challenges for Agile practitioners is how to successfully extend
Agile practices beyond a small-team context. In this webinar, Alan
Shalloway looks at how Lean connects Agile practices with delivery of
business value to achieve end-to-end agility throughout the business.

The next two are the first of the webinar series Scrum, Lean and Kanban: A
Pragmatic Webinar
Series<http://www.netobjectives.com/scrum-lean-kanban-webinar-series>.
This is a 9-part series on using Kanban within Scrum teams and how to do
Kanban itself. There has been a lot of confusion as to what Kanban actually
is. Many think of Kanban as a set of tools. While Kanban *has* a set of
tools, it is much more than that. This webinar series will be presented in
three main parts. The first will use the tools of Kanban in Scrum
environments. The second will be on Kanban itself and present more of the
Kanban mindset. The third will be about advanced Scrum and Kanban.

We start the series on November 9th with Key Kanban Practices - Explicit
Policies, Managing Work in Progress and
Visibility<http://www.netobjectives.com/free-seminar-schedule/session-1-scrum-lean-kanban-key-practices-nov-2010-webinar>.
The next one is on November 22nd - Using Theories of Flow to Manage Work
involving Multiple
Teams<http://www.netobjectives.com/free-seminar-schedule/session-2-theories-flow-manage-work-multiple-teams-nov-2010-webinar>
.

I hope you find this information valuable and that you'll be able to take
advantage of these free learning opportunities. Please let me know if you
have any questions or would like to learn more about our Lean-Agile
training/consulting/coaching/assessment services.

Sincerely,

Mike Shalloway
