This position is located in New York, NY.

Princeton Information is seeking a BA for the following -

Job Description:

- A reference data technology team focusing on building a strategic
security master platform is looking for an individual to fulfill a business
analyst role working in a fast-paced environment. The individual will be
working with both developers and prospective clients of the application
gathering requirements and facilitating implementation, coordinating UAT,
and production rollouts, creating functional and business requirements
documents, and ensuring the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have knowledge of financial instruments data for all
asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivative products.
- Basel II knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a
thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Candidate must be familiar with industry project management practices
and all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to analyze data, create mapping documents, and technical
specifications to facilitate development, conduct QA, UAT, and coordinate
production rollouts.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the application clients to
gather business and functional requirements and deliver artifacts such as
FRD, BRD, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science. Masters
and Finance background is a plus.
- 5-7 years of related reference data experience in the Financial
Industry, preferable working with security master applications in an
investment bank.
- Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Work, Client and
Reuters data, other vendor data knowledge a plus.
- Oracle background is a plus.

When you attend a networking or business meeting, are you successful in
promoting yourself? Are you unsure of the best ways to do this or would you
like to improve your technique? Do you leave the meeting feeling that you
really accomplished something? If you would like to improve your networking
skills and are ready to learn about "working the room", you should attend
TCN's meeting on December 27th.

TCN's December 27th meeting will feature an invigorating presentation by
master networker Marty Latman, entitled:

"WORKING THE ROOM"

Called by some people the "best networker they know," Marty will present the
basic tools you need to use to land the position you want.

Marty Latman is the chairman of the Bergen Chapter of Financial Executive
Network Group (FENG), which he created in March 2002 with 29 members.
Membership within this chapter has now grown to over 2,600 members. Since
its inception, FENG-Bergen Chapter has successfully helped more than 550 of
its members find gainful employment. He is also the chairman of the NJ
Strategic Executive Networking Group (NJSENG), a FEI member, and a member
of over 20 other career networking groups.

We look forward to seeing you at Barnert Temple on Monday, December 27th for
