Position: Manager - Site Optimization

Address: New York, NY

Length: 3 mos C2H

Bill Rate: $90-100/hr

***Periodic travel to the Reston office is required

Skills Required:

Must have real-world experience and background in the following areas: web analytics, search engine optimization, UI design, user experience, and/or Web 2.0 technologies

· Exp in managing and leading numerous successful web implementations

· Understanding the basics of content management systems

· Working understanding of the Web production process, especially in ongoing maintenance and improvements of deployed interactive properties.

· Understanding of traditional production support processes.

· Experience in evaluating user experience and interactions, and recommending enhancements based on the evaluations

· Analyzing web metrics to provide further optimization opportunities

· Evaluating and integrating visual design updates into the website

· Technical support and maintenance

· Competencies in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, bug tracking, wiki and other related project management and common communications tools is required

· Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing websites

Superior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
