Excellent analytical skills along with verbal and written communications skills.
Proven track record of delivery, effective prioritization and decision making, building quality solutions and excellent customer service
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with direct reports, peers, management, and customers to successfully meet shifting needs.
Understanding of Microsoft technologies and technical architecture of both Web and Windows applications.
Technical background in various technologies such as .Net, MS Access, highly scaled distributed systems, web and windows technologies, SQL databases

My client in the Piscataway, NJ area has an immediate need for a full time Data Architect. Even if you aren’t looking maybe you can pass this along to your friends that may be looking?

Requirements:
4-5 years of experience as a data architect with at least 2 years as a data warehouse architect.
Proficiency in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) & metadata management
Very comfortable with MS technologies- SQL Server, BizTalk, SSIS, DTS
Demonstrated proficiency in Business Objects from both a reporting and OLAP standpoint
Enterprise Architecture experience is a plus
Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
