Job Title:           Technical Specialist

Location:           Wayne, NJ

Duration:           1+ Year (high chances of extension)

Hourly rate:       Open (c2c, 1099, w2)

Details of Position:

The position is for a Programmer Analyst in the Marketing Systems department

working with the Incentive Administrations System. The candidate will work with

several groups to develop quality solutions to business problems and/or

enhancements. The candidate will work with business representatives, analysts and

team members to utilize the processes and requirements that drive the analysis

and design of quality technical solutions. The primary goal is to analyze business

requirements and functional designs. After analysis, the person must translate

requirements to program specifications of high complexity. The individual will code

and debug programs and develop/execute test plans for both the mainframe/CICS/DB2 and Unix/Oracle. Responsibilities include development,

maintenance and support for the processing within IAS.

Management Skills:

The candidate must have excellent planning, organization and verbal (English) and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff. The candidate must have experience in all phases of project life cycle development. They must have a working knowledge of MS Office products.
