Experience: 3-5 Education: Bachelors Degree Description: Working as a member of the Global Banking Technology (GBT) IT team, the individual in this position will support the GBT Program Management Officer (PMO) and be responsible for the following: Build out automated management reporting infrastructure by interfacing SharePoint and MS Access databases. Weekly project reporting - assist with RAG Production, status reports, dashboard reports. Reviewing status reports for quality and adherance to guidelines. Documenting new processes and procedures. Assisting with training users on these new processes. Recording meeting minutes and following up on open items. Skills Required: Intermediate/Advanced MS Access skills - designing, importing & querying data. Experience building small to medium scale databases. Intermediate/Advanced Sharepoint skills - creating & designing web parts, views, reports and interface with MS Access. Intermediate/Advanced Excel 2007 skills - analyzing large amounts of data, producing pivots, vlookups, macros. Ability to work independently. Experience documenting processes, requirements/analysis documentation. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple activities. Flexibility and ability to react to changing needs. Strong team player preferably with experience in working within a global team or with colleagues based in remote locations. Skills Desired: Business analysis, Software Quality Assurance or Management Reporting experience desired. Experience in a Banking IT organization preferred. Skill Proficiency: Intermediate.
