Century 21 …………… is looking for a hand-on Manager of Financial Systems. Reporting to the Director of Applications, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing program specifications, oversee coding programs, problem resolution, system maintenance, and testing independently and with the assistance of the applications users. This is a hands-on position Principle Accountabilities: • Gathers data for preparation of specifications and time estimates for systems development. • Gathers information to aid in problem determination/resolution and prepares required documentation for vendor resolution. • Prepares written test plans and documents test results. • Prepares new/modified processes for production environment including but not limited to documentation, job scheduling, and report distribution. • Coordinates the Coding, preparation of test data, tests, and works with the team to debug programs. • Participates in major upgrades to packaged software. • Works with end users to develop best practice business processes. • Participates or Leads training on business functionality for system end users • Can coordinate or lead all or portions of technology projects. • Provides after business hours systems support as parts of the IT on call rotation.
