The WebSphere Portal Engineer is responsible for ongoing maintenance/support of the Portal infrastructure including the production internet and intranet sites. The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) analyst will provide full-time support for the risk, audit and compliance programs of the Technology Services Group. This includes:
1. Monitor, guide, facilitate and report on IT audits, risks, and compliance issues.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that issues are documented and timely resolved.
3. Prepares monthly matrix status reports and facilitates monthly status meeting with key stakeholders and senior managers.
4. Evaluates and implements risk reduction strategies.
5. Develops governance and risk analysis frameworks, policies, procedures, standards, and necessary documentations following an appropriate methodology approved by management.
6. Instill accountability, transparency, discipline and control across the focus areas.

Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Supply Chain
Planning who will be responsible for supporting the Demand & Fulfillment
Planning & Trade Promotion Management business processes. This includes the
design and implementation of business solutions in the JDA Manugistics
system, TPM System, Demand Reporting and day to day operational support.
This individual will also implement Manugistics & TPM upgrades, interfaces
to SAP and Data Warehouses and other 3rd party applications and review and
analyze industry solutions and tools to support the business.
Support outside of normal business hours will be needed for project
implementation, application changes and/or conversions; typically these are
scheduled at night and/or weekends. Up to 25 % travel is involved, based on

Salary 95-105K bonus 15%
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced System Analyst who will be responsible
for supporting the company's HR, Payroll, and Corporate Administration
business processes. This includes the design and implementation of business
solutions in the Workday, Concur, ADP, Timeforce, Sage Fixed Assets systems
and Sales & Finance Reporting day to day operational support. This
individual will also implement system upgrades, interfaces to SAP and Data
Warehouses and other 3rd party applications and review and analyze industry
solutions and tools to support the business.
Support outside of normal business hours will be needed for project
implementation, application changes and/or conversions; typically these are
scheduled at night and/or weekends. Up to 25 % travel is involved, based on
project requirements.
Education and Experience:
. Bachelor's Degree required.
. 3+ years of experience in HR, Payroll/Time Keeping, Fixed Assets
and Data Warehouse Reporting area with development and support of business
application systems including analysis, functional and technical design
testing.
. Practical experience in implementing, using and supporting HR &
Admin business process is required.
. 5+ years configuration experience with ERP & HR applications.
. Two or more full project life cycle ERP implementations including
blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation
support.
. Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice.
. Cross-functional business experience is a must.
. Exposure to Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Reporting
applications required.
. Experience with Excel Pivot tables and SQL queries.
. Experience integrating with data warehouse.
. Experience working for a CPG company.
. Must be Detail Oriented, Multi-Tasker, Self-motivated,
. Must have Superior analytical skills, excellent verbal & written
communication skills
. Highly Collaborative with demonstrated ability to work in
(virtual) teams.
. Excellent Presentation skills with experience in conducting
workshops to facilitate continuous improvement in the implemented design and
training.

Our client is seeking Java Software Engineers who will be responsible for
the customization, configuration, implementation and deployment of
Governance and Risk Compliance (GRC) Software for customers. This position
requires travel (15-20%) within US and Canada.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience in Java/J2EE, including
DOJO toolkit, JSP, Servlets and WebSphere/WebLogic, XML and OO design
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), customer-facing
and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
