Accounting Clerk
Growing North Bergen service organization has an immediate need for an accounting clerk who will be responsible for daily functions of accounts receivable such as:
• Weekly invoicing.
• Maintenance of billing adjustments as directed by the department manager.
• Preparing bank deposits and bank reports
• Deposit scanning of customer checks and processing credit cards
• Booking cash receipts and maintaining a daily AR reconciliation log
• Distribution of invoices
• Interact with customers regarding invoice credits, and payments.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Filing of invoices and payments required.
• Assist accounting department in development and distribution of reports as needed.
Candidate must have accounting decree and positive attitude. Person must possess analytical skills. Competitive salary. Please submit resume and salary requirements with Subject Title – "NB Accounting Clerk" to BaconML@nac.net .
