Position Summary:

My client's Trading System is available on a 24-hour basis, supporting
Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives trading in all global markets. The
Senior Systems Analyst will contribute to all aspects of the definition,
implementation, and support of the Trading Applications. This position
requires a high level of direct interaction with traders, trade
administrators, and portfolio managers as well as excellent communication
skills and strong trading domain knowledge.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with the Fixed Income trading business to define and
document the requirements for the fixed income trading system

* Take ownership for the delivery of functionality.

* Identify specific industry initiatives that require product
changes and new product development. This extends from improving the
existing products to developing next generation products.

* You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy;
a big-picture vision, and an ability to work with various internal teams to
execute on that vision.

* Collaborate with software developers, database architects,
vendors, and other IT and business teams to analyze and determine functional
specifications and UI design for new applications and enhancements to
existing applications.

* Develop deep knowledge and expertise in the firm's specific
trading workflows

* Work with traders to prioritize needs and ensure communication to
keep them apprised of progress

* Facilitate resolution of production issues by working with
appropriate teams to research problems, track progress and determine and
document solutions.

Required Skills and Competencies:

* 5+ years BA or systems analysis experience in trading or
portfolio management

* Demonstrated experience in project management and business
analysis for medium to large initiatives

* Strong knowledge of Fixed Income trading practices and market

* Experience with Charles River, Latent Zero, Longview is a plus

* Experience with Tradeweb, Market Axess, Flextrade, TSOX is a plus

* Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS), Financial
Information eXchange protocol (FIX), electronic trading practices and
markets

The Security Architecture and Engineering team is looking for a senior
engineer for a system engineering and development role. Primary

Overview
Our client is seeking an IT Validation Management Consultant who will assist in the relocation of approximately 20 validated applications from the current data center location to the cloud service provider. Some applications may be relocated to Application Supplier Clouds or other data centers. This person will be responsible for providing QA oversight to the entire project, including but not limited to review/ approvals of Change Control, Validation protocols and reports. Will work with key IT and Business partners and assist with developing and implementing a compliant plan to relocate the data center.

This is a 7 month w-2 project in New Haven, CT *This person will need to work several weekends in the 4th quarter, as required by the project.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/ biopharmaceuticals or related industry with a concentration in QA oversight to Computer Systems.
10 years of experience in the Computer System Development Life Cycle space in Pharmaceuticals or Biopharmaceuticals is required.

This position is responsible for supporting the Global HR Operations function within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) organization. Drafts and distributes high impact messages to both internal (HRSD employees) and external employees and executives within the business. Supports both Business as Usual "BAU" communications in addition to project based communications.

* Draft communications and enhance draft copy by reviewing with a strategic lens. Ensure accuracy of information by using editorial and proof reading skills.
* Leverage cross-functional knowledge and relationships, to effectively align communication messages with overall project plans. Recommends timing, frequency, as well as rollout sequencing for key internal messages.
* Demonstrate skill in development of key messages taking into account organizational sensitivity.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ year's experience managing supporting projects in an analytical or change management role
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
* Proven project/change management skills, including attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
* Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and correct sentence structure to document cases in the case management system and communicate with customers and employees via email
* Must be able to successfully interact with various levels within the organization
* Exceptional customer focus and service orientation
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage to/achieve consensus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
* Strong analytical and problem solving capability
