Citigroup's Global Business Resiliency (GBR) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM) is seeking an experienced manager to serve as GBR Continuity of Business Location Risk Team Member.

The role of the Location Risk Unit within Global Business Resiliency is to administer and manage the Proximity Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Analysis and Work Place Optimization Programs conduct quality assurance ("QA") reviews on these assessments across all Global Products/Functions ("Sectors") and Regions by applying a risk-based methodology.

The candidate will establish the following under the direction of the GBR Location Risk Team Lead:

? Document and analyze existing ESRM risk management processes, systems and data flows to understand how different processes contribute to the macro O&T Risk Management process
? Define a common risk taxonomy and hierarchical business structure to enable data analysis and correlation across risk management disciplines
? Collect, review, document and communicate business needs and requirements and act as an advocate to ensure their successful implementation
? Coordinate testing of proposed macro process improvements with necessary stakeholders and ensure participant feedback is appropriately incorporate1d
? Define standard/customized reporting to meet management requirements related to the assigned projects
? Partner with key stakeholders in other areas through developed communication and negotiation skills
? Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
? Directly impact the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice or recommendations.
? Contribute to the definition and implementation of the overall business strategy and goals
? Identify business process improvement opportunities; model and analyze business impact of future state design and align with end-state strategy
? Build relationships with business leads and cross-functional team members
? Provide required deliverable updates, reviews and other required communications
? Identify project issues, risks, and facilitate remediation

Qualifications:

? BS/BA degree. Preferred: MA/M.Sc./MBA degree or related certifications
? Minimum 7 years of experience in ESRM, Technology Risk and/or Operations Risk related projects
? Minimum of 7 years experience with SDLC process and developing Business and Technical Requirements
? Knowledge of key financial services regulations, such as Basel II / III, SOX, GLBA
? Knowledge of standard Risk Management Control frameworks including COSO, COBIT, ITIL and regulatory guidelines including OCC and FFIEC are a plus
? Track record of interfacing with, and presenting results to, a Project Management Office (PMO) and Senior Management
? Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, have leadership presence, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong analytical skills
? Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location team structure
? Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
? Strong facilitation, partnering, and relationship management skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Understanding and experience with Program / Project Management

Skills:

* The business impact of any service failure and incidents in order to prioritize areas of focus for service improvements
* The IS partner eco-system and the roles and responsibilities of each party across all stakeholders
* ITIL processes and how they have been implemented across National Grid IS Service Delivery to ensure they are most effectively utilized to provide the optimum service against agreed business requirements

Qualifications:

* Able to ensure effective delivery of services for Service Management Integration (SMI) function.
* Has technical knowledge of the SMI and Service Desk services
* Understanding of current technologies and of how they can support and enhance the SMI and Service
* Desk offerings
* Experience is process design/process improvement/process implementation
* Experience and working knowledge of ITIL processes
