KEY RESULT AREAS: 

1. Provide efficient and timely administration of Warehouse Department work flow to ensure customer service objectives. 

2. Responsible for coordinating Warehouse shipping work, warehouse Team Member work, and information flow. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Provide efficient and timely administration of Warehouse Department work flow to ensure customer service objectives. 
a. Administer daily loader work sheets. 
b. Ensure sanitary policy in the Warehouse through fumigation of all customer returns. Properly tracking the paperwork to the Warehouse Facilitator. 
c. Assist truck drivers and loaders in solving any problems that occur with customer orders. 
d. Perform and coordinate code date checks through the WMS system. 

2. Responsible for coordinating Warehouse office work, warehouse Team Member work, and information flow. 
a. Timely assignment of work to Team Members in the proper customer service sequence. 
b. Responsible for the coordination of all trailer moves to and from the dock. 
c. Responsible for general Warehouse paperwork (orders, paperwork accuracy, daily shift hours sheets, pick lists, bills of lading, etc.) 
d. Responsible for a broad based knowledge and the correct usage of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). 
e. Responsible for a broad based knowledge of Nestle Purina's Order Management system. 
f. Responsible for assisting operators through WMS (Workstation Calls) and ensuring orders are complete, accurate and efficiently distributed. 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Ensure safe work environment for all Warehouse Team Members. 

2. Participate in Warehouse related meetings. 

3. Safety Responsibilities: 
a. Understand when and how to wear the appropriate personal protection (i.e., goggles when using compressed air). 
b. Use proper lifting techniques. 
c. Locate, read, and explain information contained on an MSDS for a hazardous material used on this job. 
d. Understand dust explosion hazards. 
e. Understand emergency evacuation routes and evacuation procedures. 
f. Know & follow behavior based safety programs. 

4. Quality Assurance/Product Safety: 
a. Adhere to all GMP requirements and quality programs. 

5. Environmental Responsibilities: 
a. Demonstrate knowledge of Environmental Goals/Aspects and Impacts as they relate to the position. 

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent. 
A.A.S. Degree or B.A. / B.S. desirable. 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in a high paced customer service environment. High degree of computer literacy necessary. Experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking distribution environment desirable.

About the Position:
The Talent Acquisition Operations team manages the interview scheduling, background, offer letter; new hire paperwork and acceptance processes.
The TA Operations Specialist is a member of the Talent Acquisition team who supports the Recruiters in the coordination and execution of on boarding/new hire activities.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide full coordination of candidates at all levels during the interviewing process
• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
• Provide reception and facilitation of candidates during the interview process, booking conference rooms for such meetings
• Provide guidance on travel arrangements
• Work with Operations Manager, Legal and Physical Security to review any backgrounds that do not meet Client standards of employment
• Serves as liaison and point of contact regarding background checks
• Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll
• Respond/coordinate response to new hire pre-start inquires in an accurate and timely manner
• Conduct related follow-up with candidates as necessary/appropriate
• Partner with the Hiring Manager and TA Operations Managers on new hire orientation (NEO) of new employees and follow-up regarding employment satisfaction
• Reviews and processes invoices for accuracy and codes; resolves discrepancies
• Assist in conducting and coordinating new employee orientation (NEO) to ensure employee assimilation • Administer and maintain all new hire paperwork, including filing of all documentation ensuring legal compliance within all files, and proper filing of confidential documentation where required
• Serve as the TA Specialist for the HRIS (Oracle) system, administering all data entry on new hires; ensure data integrity and coordination with HRIS Administrator
