Description:
A senior level position in the ISGT Governance group. A primary responsibility of this role is to support key ISGT transformation initiatives (PLC and SDLC) in determining their change management needs and helping internal project teams to design and implement disciplined end-to-end change management programs to ensure adoption and impact. Requires complete understanding of various software engineering life-cycles / approaches such as Waterfall, Iterative Development, Agile and SCRUM. Must have solid experience being a change agent, and must be proficient in influencing without direct reporting relationship.

Role will apply in-depth knowledge and familiarity with consulting approaches to help guide and execute change management work efforts including but not limited to: program governance, organization impact assessment, stakeholder management, communications, organization design/role impacts, training, culture/behavior change, value realization, etc. This seasoned change practitioner can explain the value of and gain the support for organizational change management among ISGT leadership and project team members, serving as a methodology advisor and credible subject matter expert.

Position Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage targeted project life-cycle improvement initiatives, which have broad impact to the whole IT organization.
* Promote and obtain approval from senior IT management on these initiatives.
* Work with IT and business to help clarify and ensure adherence to processes & standards.
* Conduct periodic steering committee meetings with executive and senior management to communicate high-level project status, obtain critical decisions and guidance, and ensure continuous organizational commitment.
* Promote and gain support from all levels in IT on these initiatives.
* Recommends alternatives/options to minimize any schedule delay.
* Plan and institute targeted training programs on various parts of the project life cycle.

Skills Required:
* At least 2 years experience in Strategy and Change management consulting
* At least 5 years experience in project life cycles and processes
* At least 5 years experience in creating and executing an organizational change strategy program
* At least 5 years experience in developing and executing organizational alignment, communications strategy and planning
* At least 5 years experience in creating detailed analysis and insights around stakeholder management and analysis of behavior in organization
* Knowledge in and advocate the importance of organizational change management to leaders as well as frontline users
* Executive presence and communication skills to provide program status to all levels of the organization
* At least 5-7 years experience in Project management
* At least 5-7 years experience in written presentations and papers, verbal presentations and workshops

*Job Description:*
*Responsibilities:*
Under general supervision, this fully competent role manages LAN
performance and maintains LAN security. Installs network software and
trains users on LAN operation. Troubleshoots LAN problems. Implements LAN
policies, procedures and standards and ensures their conformance with
information systems and company objectives. Evaluates and recommends
hardware, software and telecommunication equipment that meet the user's
needs. Is responsible for working company wide in multi-platform
environments. Provides occasional functional guidance to less experienced
LAN Administrators. Requires guidance in complex problem areas, errors may
cause significant delay, expense and disruption.

*Qualifications*
Experience in data communications is desired. Incumbents should have a
good understanding and knowledge of software applications and hardware.
Customer Service Skills: Possesses a broad understanding of customer needs
and of how to meet those needs. Demonstrates a sense of urgency in
addressing issues affecting their customer and takes ownership of the
issues affecting them. Technical: Has an ability to translate that
knowledge into benefits for the customer. Maintains a solid strategy for
efficient problem diagnosis. Ability to focus on the real issues
involved. Expert communicator: Must be an able listener. Communicates
early and often with the customer keeping them informed of the situation.
Judgment: Ability to respond to multiple customer and employee/contractor
requests or demands. Manages workload by wisely prioritizing his or her
tasks often and adjusting to the situation at hand. Teamwork: Willingly
cooperates and works collaboratively towards solutions that generally
benefit all parties and accomplishes company/group objectives.
Communicates clearly with other team members as well as other support
organizations.
