We are currently seeking a Data Architect to join our Corporate IT team in Hoboken, NJ.  The Data Architect will apply principles, theories, and concepts to analyzing and modeling data in order to promote enterprise-wide sharing and management of those data assets. The Data Architect will implement enterprise data governance and stewardship processes as well as support data governance bodies including the formation, facilitation and scheduling of meetings and agendas for working groups. This person will work with data modeling and repository toolsets (including ER/Studio and other metadata management toolsets) in support of the development of data models and related work products.  Experience with data flow and information flow modeling and concepts are required. We are looking for someone that will be able to work with business and technical subject matter experts to develop graphical representations of data and work flows from a business and system
level perspective; and able to develop complete, thorough associated documentation of work flows, process steps and/or summaries as necessary.
 
Responsibilities & Duties
 

Sets Data Policy and the technical solutions for the management, movement, and transformation of data.
Specifies recommended Data Architecture tools and technologies.
Creates and maintains the Metadata Repository.
Creates a semantically rich business model of the enterprise problem domain that:

Is independent of any technology solution.
Defines the Content of the business.
Compiles and maintains the Enterprise Schema across all applications.
Enforces principles of good canonical data design.
Examines and enforces opportunities to provide data reuse, balancing the issues of centralization and replication.
Ensures the preservation of strategic data assets as applications and technologies come and go.

Develop and maintain data models, data architecture, data management standards and conventions, data element naming standards and metadata standards.
Produces information models that represent the business problem to be solved with regard to data content, data relationships and structure.
Provide guidance and consultation to individuals and groups to ensure on-going projects are in alignment with the corporate data architecture.
Designing stable and high performance application solutions with complex requirements and demanding specifications. 
Ability to understand business requirements and map them to the enterprise data and process models.
Conducts research and development and provides recommendations for selection of data architecture tools.
Provides input and consulting support on large-scale projects and road maps for compatibility with the enterprise vision.

Education, Experience & Skills

BachelorĂ¢€™s degree.
5+ years of Oracle experience.
3+ years of Enterprise Data Architecture experience.
Knowledge of SOA is preferred.
Experience with Oracle 10 Ă¢€" 11g.
Experience with ER/Studio.
Experience designing, implementing and supporting a large Oracle database environment.
Extensive experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server and Oracle Warehouse Builder.
Strong team work and collaboration skills.
Excellent Data Modeling, Data Analysis skills.
Extensive skills in design, development and maintenance of data models and its components, Database Design and development.

Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy and self-motivated Nurse Manager to supervise, direct and support the nursing staff to meet the needs of patients and the hospital. As a Nurse Manager with Hoboken University Medical Center, you will report to the Executive Director of Nursing and have 24-hour accountability for the operational management of the hospital emergency department. You will participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, make sure the nursing staff charges appropriately for supplies used and direct clinical nursing rounds to assure patient satisfaction. You will also work with Hoboken University Medical Center staff to prevent delays in the treatment and discharge of patients and interpret the philosophies, goals, policies, procedures and patient satisfaction surveys to nursing staff.
 
Tasks include:
·         Assisting and encouraging the professional growth and development of the emergency department nursing staff
·         Overseeing daily assignments in a 24-hour basis so that all nursing care, procedures and tasks are appropriately assigned, completed and documented
·         Performing personnel management functions such as establishing staff qualifications and requirements, drafting procedure manuals, conducting interviews and tests and selecting staff
·         Reviewing patient census every day
·         Making rounds to assess the quality of patient care and to identify problems and  needs
·         Preparing recommended staffing for annual operational budget on the basis of available workload
 
Job Responsibilities
As a Nurse Manager with Hoboken University Medical Center, you will demonstrate positive leadership skills in the operational management of the emergency department nursing unit. You will collaborate with the Executive Director of Nursing for annual budget preparation, monitor the Monthly Operational Budget Report and maintain expenses within budget to analyze Variance Reports. You will also assume the role of an administrative supervisor on a rotating basis, schedule monthly emergency unit nursing staff meetings and submit the meeting minutes to the Executive Director of Nursing.
 
Responsibilities include:
·    Conducting preparedness drills and training for low frequency, high risk procedures with Emergency Department staff
·    Reviewing patients' charts for completeness and verifying that all information is accurately documented on the charge sheet
·    Performing daily monitoring, evaluating and facilitating the revenue collection and clinical documentation process associated with revenue capture
Nurse Manager RN, BSN / Registered Nurse Hospital Emergency Room Manager
Job Requirements
As a Nurse Manager with Hoboken University Medical Center, you must have superb written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent multitasking, time management and leadership abilities. You must maintain a patient-oriented focus and demonstrate good planning skills by maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and proper functioning of ICS/CCU and Telemetry equipment. You must also respond to patient and family needs promptly and compassionately and be able to perform excellent work in an environment containing communicable diseases, blood, confused and/or combative patients, hazardous chemicals, needles, sharp instruments, fluoroscopy, X-rays and stressful situations
 
Requirements include:
·         BSN required, Master's degree preferred
·         Current New Jersey RN license
·         Current ACLS, PALS and BLS certification required, CCRN and/or CEN certification required
·         5 years emergency room nursing experience with a minimum 2 years nursing management experience

Job Responsibilities:
·         Responding to and assuming responsibility for all codes, pronounce expirations and complete appropriate medical examiner's forms.
·         Evaluating and initiating treatment if a patient's condition has changed and the attending physician is unavailable
·         Obtaining history and performing physical examinations on patients and writing initial admitting notes and/or orders
·         Assisting with patient care, with the understanding that responsibility for care rests with the attending physician
·         Evaluating a patient's medical condition after an incident and completing appropriate documentation

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Project Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial industry clients in New York, NY.
 
 Required Skills:

Knowledge of SQL is a must
College graduate with project management certification a plus
At least 10 years of experience, preferably experience with Financial Services, specifically Treasury Services products from both a usage and functional perspective would be perfection.

Must be a data (Information) Subject Matter Expert with full knowledge of MS ACCESS and relational database architecture.
Must be a solid multi-tasker who can work (and thrive) in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to communicate and partner with the product teams and off site Data Warehouse technicians in a highly matrix organization.
 
Preferred Skills:

Familiar with the Business Objects analytical tool would be very positive
Strong familiarity with MS SharePoint would be a benefit

We are currently seeking a Data Architect to join our Corporate IT team in Hoboken, NJ.  The Data Architect will apply principles, theories, and concepts to analyzing and modeling data in order to promote enterprise-wide sharing and management of those data assets. The Data Architect will implement enterprise data governance and stewardship processes as well as support data governance bodies including the formation, facilitation and scheduling of meetings and agendas for working groups. This person will work with data modeling and repository toolsets (including ER/Studio and other metadata management toolsets) in support of the development of data models and related work products.  Experience with data flow and information flow modeling and concepts are required. We are looking for someone that will be able to work with business and technical subject matter experts to develop graphical representations of data and work flows from a business and system
level perspective; and able to develop complete, thorough associated documentation of work flows, process steps and/or summaries as necessary.
 
Responsibilities & Duties
 

Sets Data Policy and the technical solutions for the management, movement, and transformation of data.
Specifies recommended Data Architecture tools and technologies.
Creates and maintains the Metadata Repository.
Creates a semantically rich business model of the enterprise problem domain that:

Is independent of any technology solution.
Defines the Content of the business.
Compiles and maintains the Enterprise Schema across all applications.
Enforces principles of good canonical data design.
Examines and enforces opportunities to provide data reuse, balancing the issues of centralization and replication.
Ensures the preservation of strategic data assets as applications and technologies come and go.

Develop and maintain data models, data architecture, data management standards and conventions, data element naming standards and metadata standards.
Produces information models that represent the business problem to be solved with regard to data content, data relationships and structure.
Provide guidance and consultation to individuals and groups to ensure on-going projects are in alignment with the corporate data architecture.
Designing stable and high performance application solutions with complex requirements and demanding specifications. 
Ability to understand business requirements and map them to the enterprise data and process models.
Conducts research and development and provides recommendations for selection of data architecture tools.
Provides input and consulting support on large-scale projects and road maps for compatibility with the enterprise vision.

Education, Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of Oracle experience.
3+ years of Enterprise Data Architecture experience.
Knowledge of SOA is preferred.
Experience with Oracle 10 – 11g.
Experience with ER/Studio.
Experience designing, implementing and supporting a large Oracle database environment.
Extensive experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server and Oracle Warehouse Builder.
Strong team work and collaboration skills.
Excellent Data Modeling, Data Analysis skills.
Extensive skills in design, development and maintenance of data models and its components, Database Design and development.
Planning and management, Requirements Elicitation skills.
Data integration, Data warehouse/Reporting development and management.
Knowledge and skills in Dimensional modeling highly desirable
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
