>JOB RESPONSIBILIITIES:
>-Primarily focused on project/portfolio reporting.
>• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Project Portfolio
>• Challenge business case assumptions
>• Project Spend
>• Increased benefits; reduced expenses
>• Capital vs. Operating review
>• Compare actual spend vs. Forecast
>• Work with LOB's/Project Steering Committee's to explain variances
>• Revise Forecasts
>• Projects in Execution should have updated forecasts monthly
>• Report results to PIC
>• Keep PIC up to date on spend vs forecast
>• Provide financial analysis to communicate monthly and quarterly results and enable informed decision-making
>• Prepare presentations for Senior Management
>• Project tracking
>• Coordinate with business partners on improving understanding of the expected benefits/costs associated with the investments
