The position of SharePoint Systems Analyst is for an Information Technology professional with a dedicated, detail oriented individual with experience working both independently and in teams with the flexibility to handle multiple roles and learn new applications/roles as needed

  • Provide Sharepoint support, enhancement work, and best practice recommendations for the PGS GLS Sharepoint sites / Sharepoint Applications.
  • Suggest improvements were applicable to look and feel as well as overall structure of the overall GLS Sharepoint sites. 
  • The candidate must have extensive experience working as a liaison between business partners and technology colleagues.
  • Additionally, the candidate must have excellent written and verbal skills and should be able to express the designs to both end-users and technical development staff (internal and external).
  • The candidate should also possess excellent facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
  • Lastly, creativity is a must. Training & Education Preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS: 
  • Computer Science or related degree preferred. Prior Experience Preferred.
  • Background: 3 – 5 years of IT experience and 1 - 3 years of experience in SharePoint 2007/Sharepoint 2010 website development/migration/support, customer service, application support, project life-cycle processes, project management, business analysis, and system testing/quality assurance.

Position Responsibilities – Summary

An experienced senior network engineer is needed to provide the Network
Services team with complimentary skills to support the user community.
Candidates will posses expertise in managing a complex LAN and WAN
environment across numerous business units and geographical locations.

Extremely strong logistical skills and the ability to manage many
deployments at the same time is critical. Strong accountability,

Detailed Responsibilities:
· Provide Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 network support for a complex
enterprise WAN and LAN network
· Troubleshoot and identify sources of problems, working with
equipment vendors and telecom providers to bring issues to resolution.
· Monitor and resolve service requests in accordance with published
SLAs.
· Must possess strong leadership qualities
· Strong communications skills across many concurrent deployments
with the ability to communicate details to the project teams and clearly
communicate status to management
· Establish and enforce best practice processes for network
management, including configurations, monitoring, patch management and
security
· Oversee hardware deployments for domestic and international
initiatives
· Oversee compliance with change control and release management
processes
Keys to this Position:
1. Technical: We are seeking a strong Network Engineer with the following
strengths: Cisco, CatOS, IOS and NxOS switches, and GSS.
2. Also advanced working knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP
and RIP.
3. We will look at a strong Network Engineer that is not yet at the Senior
level, but has very strong aptitude.
Required Skills and Competencies:
· Advanced Working knowledge (from a management perspective) of
complex LAN and Wan environments, including VoIP. Cisco device programming
and troubleshooting including routers CatOS and IOS switches, ASA, ACE, CSS,
VPN and wireless. Knowledge of Riverbed Steelhead, Infoblox DNS and F5 DNS
is a plus. Avaya VoIP is a plus.
· Advanced working knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF and
BGP.
· 5+ years Cisco networking experience
· Emphasis on sharing of knowledge through good communications, peer
training and written documentation
· Strong inter-personal skills
· Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when
required)
· Focused on quality

· Willingness to travel as required to remote sites during large

Instructional Designer/Trainer will develop curriculum, Captivate Modules and paper-based deliverables. Training methods include classroom, Webex, e-learning. Flexibility for late nights/early mornings and International travel are required (up to 25%).

The successful candidate must be very familiar with all aspects of the instructional development process (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) and have a proven track record in creating innovative, high-impact learning solutions.

Sample documentation and a sample online learning module are required before interview.

The Trainer/Instructional Designer works extensively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

* Independently plans, designs, and implements innovative, end-to-end learning projects that span large and/or multiple areas and support complex organizational change; e.g., supporting a new or existing system or product to multiple job functions and affecting many processes.

* Establishes and implements a program evaluation strategy, reporting out on learning feedback and impact to key stakeholders.

* Ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

* Performs other duties as required.
