The required experience is expected to be with large/Enterprise customer engagement: 
o Experience with Microsoft SharePoint/MOSS, including assessment, design, pilot upgrades/implementations 
Capacity planning, disaster recovery, performance tuning and testing, logical architecture design 

Design a large enterprise-level farm environment based upon technical, application and business requirements 
Knowledge to develop complex deployment scenarios 
Ability to support application migration engagements 
Ability to deliver Microsoft SDPS (certification) SharePoint design and planning service engagements 

Experience with the following related technologies: 

o SQL Server 2000/2005

Job Description                  A major Insurance Company is looking for a Project Manager E-Business in their Bridgewater, New Jersey office.
 
Skills Required                    Must plan, develop designs and direct the Project Team on each project assigned, and oversee/monitor all other resources
                                                 To ascertain the project is meeting all critical specifications and is on schedule and within budget.
 
                                                  Provides ongoing support and expertise to the assigned team, assisting them in accomplishing the goals, objectives, policies
                                                  And procedures for all areas under this position.
 
                                                   Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand problems, focuses on bringning
                                                   Issues to resolution and escalates as necessary to meet timelines.
 
                                                   Completes business and systems analysis as related to project scope.
 
                                                    Interacts and negotiates with mid to senior level management on behalf of project team.

Salary Range                           This is a temporary assignment which will pay up to $70 an hour Corp to Corp and less for W-2.

Client would like an experienced Trainer/Instructional Designer with financial knowledge in training complex software and compliance initiatives.

The Trainer/Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, project managing, scheduling and implementing effective and innovative blended learning solutions that are aligned with compliance objectives.

Trainer/Instructional Designer will own deliverables and training for a large scale institutional program. Instructional Designer/Trainer will develop curriculum, Captivate Modules and paper-based deliverables. Training methods include classroom, Webex, e-learning. Flexibility for late nights/early mornings and International travel are required (up to 25%).

The successful candidate must be very familiar with all aspects of the instructional development process (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) and have a proven track record in creating innovative, high-impact learning solutions.

Sample documentation and a sample online learning module are required before interview.

The Trainer/Instructional Designer works extensively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

* Independently plans, designs, and implements innovative, end-to-end learning projects that span large and/or multiple areas and support complex organizational change; e.g., supporting a new or existing system or product to multiple job functions and affecting many processes.

* Establishes and implements a program evaluation strategy, reporting out on learning feedback and impact to key stakeholders.

* Ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

* Performs other duties as required.
