Investment operations consulting managers will have experience in the following areas: 

1) Investment Middle/Back Office and Accounting Operations. 

o Familiarity with the major middle office, back office and investment accounting functions. 

o Knowledge of various asset types (e.g., public and private fixed income, private equity, commercial mortgages, ABS, MBS). 

o Understanding of accounting bases (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, Statutory), then major differences and contemporary issues. 

o Insightful on typical business challenge (e.g., disclosures, analytics). 

o Experience with typical business and organizational models (e.g., client focused vs functional). 

2) Investment Operations Technologies. 

o Awareness of major securities accounting platforms and relative limitations and functionality (beyond just securities). 

o Knowledge of major technology applications and capabilities (i.e., cash management, accounting, trading). 

o Exposure to typical technology development and integration tools (e.g., ETL tools, middleware). 

o Awareness of typical technology issues and challenges (e.g., staffing, capital budgeting). 

3) Investment Data Repositories and Analytics. 

o Understanding of typical data warehouse and other repository approaches (e.g., ODS, Data Marts). 

o Expertise in Data Strategy methodologies and approaches (e.g., reference data, data governance). 

o Perspectives on data completeness and integration challenges typical for general account management. 

o Experience providing business analytic capabilities to support general account management. 

o Awareness of typical data challenges and needs for general account insurance. 

Manager: 

· Managers will lead and deliver large client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. 

· Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. 

· Managers implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. 

· Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. 

· Managers can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. 

· A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience is required. 

· A Bachelor's Degree is required. 

· 100% travel required 

In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills: 

· Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). 

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

VP of MARKETING
We are conducting a search for VP of MARKETING on behalf of our client, state-ofâ€"the-art data communications equipment  manufacturer. This equipment vendor manufactures both software and hardware for enterprise and carrier class networks. The positions offer a total comp ranging from $200K to $250K+ depending on experience and current salary. The position is located in Meford NJ
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the leadership and management of the Marketing programs and Team. He/she is responsible for the out-bound and in-bound marketing activities, including product marketing, corporate marketing, and applications/solutions marketing.
 
Essential Functions:
ï‚· Oversees and drives all Product Marketing, including product feature requirements, pricing and margin management, and competitive positioning, including the Marketing Requirements Documentation (MRD) process to prioritize key features for strategic customers and qualified opportunities.
ï‚· Oversees and drives all Marketing Communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events, plus collateral, website, analyst and market research management. Leads the corporate messaging and delivery as a spokesperson for the Company to press and analysts during press releases, product launches and industry events.
ï‚· Oversees and drives all Solutions Marketing, including partner development and applications positioning across our target areas of Test Automation, Network Monitoring, Cyber Security, and Cloud Networking.
ï‚· Facilitates the strategic planning process to assess addressable market potential, competitive positioning, and helps define the go-to-market operational plan with the VP Sales.
ï‚· Builds the Marketing Team, capabilities and overall marketing vision as we grow past a $100 Million in revenues for high-performance connectivity and monitoring solutions.
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent experience, MBA desired.
Related Work Experience: At least 10 years of sales and/or marketing experience with network monitoring or switching products, with at least 2 in a software product marketing/management role.
Skills:
ï‚· Proven track-record of managing hardware and software product lines as the interface between Engineering and Sales
ï‚·  Strong technical knowledge of L2/3 Ethernet/IP LAN networking for data center applications
ï‚· Proven track record managing Corporate Marketing Communications programs, both outsourced and internal teams.

For the Western Region Lead -- we are looking for someone located in the West - West of Texas, etc…

Demonstrated success in growing a practice, recruiting and developing key staff, and managing $20MM to $50MM consulting practice operations.

Regional Leader for the West Region Health Plan provides strategic and tactical sales leadership as well as personal contribution in the Health Plan West client base.

Manages Health Plan business development team in the West to ensure that all activities are conducted in a timely manner. Manages team's sales against targets and budgets.
Directs appropriate solutions for Health Plan West region clients; determines scope of services to be provided, including management information systems, claims, customer services, data warehousing, and facilities management, to ensure that client needs are adequately satisfied. Prepares, recommends and oversees development of operating and personnel budgets. Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans, develops and recommends variances. Performs and/or oversees budget analysis.
