products.
Other Confectionary products, i.e., cookies, snacks, is a plus
Must be a strategic and tactical leader
Management of several segments within the Confectionary Chocolate business.
Responsible for achieving objectives such as
sales, market share, revenue. Responsible for strategic positioning.
Main tasks: Development of business plan to expand
Confectionary Chocolate Sales in North America (United States & Canada)
Responsible for operational implementation of
strategic planning Approval of business plans
Responsible for introduction of measures (e.g. in case of non-compliance
with objectives) and reporting to the Managing Director
Active market observation, search for new trends and innovations
Monitoring of all market development activities Ensuring efficient category
management process
Definition of product selection policy Management of and participation in
project work and working groups
Controlling of business plan Management and monitoring of break-even analysis
and cost center
Coordination of relevant offices and companies involved in the business
activities
Job requirements:
University of Applied Sciences degree or commercial school with higher
professional education (e.g. certified Marketing Director)
Professional experience in retail industry, in particular procurement and/or
sales, at least 5 - 8 years
Leadership and management experience, approx. 5 years
Language skills: English required, German and French preferred and are a big
plus (not required)
Know-how and experience in project management
Conflict management skills

· The candidate must have Desktop Deployment experience and well
grounded PM experience
· 3 to 5 years Desktop Deployment EXPERIENCE a Must – General
Infrastructure PM experience a Plus
· Work closely with project sponsors to understand the objectives of
the initiative and the processes for implementation.
· Develops detail requirements (project plan) to satisfy client
needs and achieve objectives.
· Establishes a budget and implementation timeline for the
initiative.
· Ensures that all resources needed for the project are secured.
· Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the
accomplishment of the work plan.
· Monitors and reports on progress toward project plan. Ensures
timely completion of work within budget and with high quality standards.
· Facilitates team meetings.
