Requirements

Ideal Previous Work Experience:

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with business leaders to help to shape the roadmap for the Customer Insight program and direct the deployment of that program in alignment with the overall corporate strategy
· Develop highly effective business relationships to rationalize requests among competing business interests, formulate priorities and translate these into executable programs/projects in a collaborative manner
· Coordinate with existing customer intelligence teams to drive and enhance existing programs
· Responsible for the overall data governance and integrity of the data warehouse(s) and source systems
· Work with the Data Warehouse team in IT and other source system teams to define the integration requirements and data rules to support the CI initiatives
· Collaborate cross functionally with IT and business partners to identify and define the reporting and analytical requirements to support their business processes, including the data, reports and dashboards required
· Lead analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
· Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform and warehouse
· Function as the company's recognized authority on best practices for gathering, analyzing and providing access to data in order to make better business decisions
· Educate business users about data availability, usage and data mart views based on organizational roles and data security guidelines
 

Experience:
· 10+ years working experience in the Business Intelligence and analytics landscape
· Must have a minimum of three (3) years of Digital marketing, Online, Media or eCommerce experience
· Must have experience with web analytics platforms / software packages (Omniture preferred)

This position will act as lead compensation resource for assigned business functions at BI USA Corporation / BI Pharmaceutical Inc. and / or for significant compensation projects in line with BI's COE approach. The Compensation Manager is responsible for job analysis & evaluations, salary surveys, annual salary review and bonus planning process, and other compensation projects to support HR Business Partners and line management. Duties & Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall job analysis & evaluation process for BI in the U.S., including level equity across all U.S. OPUs and business functions; ensure an aligned leveling process using Hay job evaluation methodology. Set guidelines to maintain an inventory of job profiles that is consistent across the U.S. OPUs.
* Responsible for all job analysis & evaluations within a selected group business functions. Working with HR Business Partners and line management to ensure in depth understanding of the jobs, accountability matrix and reporting relationships. Support creation of career paths.
* Perform salary surveys incl. managing submissions for participation in SIRS and other identified surveys.
* Work with client groups to coordinate job matching process and ensure accurate survey matches. Analyze salary survey results, present the analysis of overall pay competitiveness incl. compensation recommendations to HR Business Partners and line management.
* Manage the annual salary planning and bonus planning process, ensure accuracy, optimum level of automation, teamwork with all internal partners such as HR/IS, HR Direct, Payroll, compensation teams at other OPUs. Support HR Business Partner and line management during the process with training, guidance, reports and analysis to support an appropriate distribution of salary increases and bonus to achieve organizational goal of pay for performance.
* Prepare compensation analysis (internal equity and market analysis) and gather compensation market trends. Present findings to HR Business Partner and line management. Support the design of compensation systems to maintain competitiveness in line with BI's Corporate pay philosophy and provide compensation recommendations e.g. for new hires, promotions.
* Develop training and education tools to communicate applicable Compensation Philosophy and Compensation Guidelines to HR Business Partners, managers and employees.
* Manage compensation projects and topics as assigned in collaboration with external consultants, compensation managers, HR Business Partners from all BI OPUs in the U.S., global HR teams, IS and other HR CoEs. Projects include system enhancements, FLSA topics, job profile documentation, process harmonization, review of compensation guidelines and compensation communication.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree
* Masters degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) preferred
* CCP and/ or PHR certificate preferred
* Individual must possess a strong business and / or financial background and strong analytical skills
* Requires a minimum of 6 to 8 years progressive compensation experience as well as overall HR experience and comprehensive understanding of compensation practices, programs and plans. Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to compensation
* Requires excellent knowledge of job analysis & evaluation methodologies (Hay) and grading programs, Microsoft Excel (also PowerPoint, Word and Office), SAP / HR IS knowledge
* Ability to communicate (verbal / written)in a direct, concise manner, ability to interact with professionals at all levels, strong influencing ability
* Excellent project management skills

- Must have ability to build and manage large project plans (MS Project)

We currently have a Cost Accounting Manager position available within our Finance Department.

Salary $80K- $90K + Bonus

The Cost Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient execution and improvement of all cost accounting activities. These include: product costing, inventory valuation, usage variances, and overhead allocation. Development and implementation of cycle counting, monthly close, and audit policies are also key accountabilities.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Day-to-Day Cost Accounting Functions
• Cost center accounting
• Product costing
• Inventory valuation
• Usage variances
Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Develop meaningful management reports
• Develop accounting procedures and controls
• Monthly closing activities

This position has one direct report.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting
• Demonstrated ability to analyze product cost and margin variances, create and maintain all standard costs
• Ability to guide and direct others to implement monthly close, cycle counting, and audit procedures
• Ability to develop and implement cost reporting systems
• BPCS experience desirable

Education and Experience
• BA/BS in relevant field required
• MBA/CPA certification desirable
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing cost accounting experience, preferably in a process industry
