The Role
We are looking for a senior level systems engineer/architect (not an administrator) with Citrix experience and the ability to design and implement solutions. We provide service to both local clients and around the country with a heavy focus on virtualization technologies. This is an internal spot to join our team, we are not recruiting for a 3rd party.

Responsibilities
Provide design, implementation, analysis, and documentation services around Citrix, Microsoft, and Cisco based solutions.
The position involves approximately 40-65% travel within the US with up to 100% travel during certain months. (Most of the engagements involving travel begin on Monday mornings returning on Thursday evenings.)

Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation opertating systems, registry settings, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and firewalls
* Expert level knowledge of Citrix based application virtualization using Presentation Server and/or XenApp (inclusive of presented applications, policy implementation, load balancing, and troubleshooting) (App-V and application streaming a plus)
* Significant hands on experience with server virtualization using Citrix XenServer and/or VMWare ESX/vSphere (Hyper-V a plus)
* Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory including OU design and administration, GPOs, and site to site replication
* Advanced troubleshooting knowledge and experience including root cause analysis, debugging utilities, etc.
* Experience interacting with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback
* Ability to present solutions that were designed and implemented to high level management
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines along with associated deliverables
* Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
* Experience integrating standard 3rd party applications into virtualization environments (e.g. Microsoft Office) as well as propietary business line applications based on common application development platforms

Pluses (but not required)
* Working knowledge of VDI using Citrix XenDestkop (inclusive of Provisioning Server, HDX technologies, USB device troubleshooting, etc.)
* Experience working with solutions completing a Citrix solution such as Edgesight for monitoring, Access Gateway for secure access, and Branch Repeater for WAN optimization
* Experience working with large firms inclusive of 5000+ users and datacenter environments
* Basic knowledge of change control procedures often used in large environments
* Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Exchange, Office Communications Server
* Experience with Cisco based solutions such as router/switch implementation and VoIP based solutions
* Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity best practices
* Experience with SSL VPNs including Citrix Netscaler, Cisco ASA, and Juniper solutions
* Some scripting or programming experience

Location
The position will be based out of our New York City office but travel to client sites within the United States is likely to occur 40-65% of the time.

SUMMARY:
Our client has a vacancy for Project Manager to assist with the management of several projects. Projects currently underway are the creation of an alternate data center designed to provide balanced processing environments that are able, among other things, to expedite recovery in the event of a disaster. Our client anticipates that a vendor firm will be awarded a contract to execute the data center split. The selected individual will be the Project Manager and liaison with the selected implementation vendor as well as oversights. In addition the project manager will assist with the reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and interpreting purchase agreements. These agreements may cover matters such as: systems implementations; acquisitions of hardware, software, and/or related services arising at a governmental IT agency. All work must be performed in compliance with client and agency policy and procedure.

KEY DUTIES:
Project Manager will also be responsible for directing all aspects of the project including but not limited to the following:
• Scope and Change Management - working with appropriate personnel to set client expectations concerning the scope of each project phase and ensuring that the consultants establish appropriate processes to control change throughout the project lifecycle;
• Client/Sponsor Relationship Management - working with appropriate personnel to develop and maintain open communications and strong working relationships with client agencies as well as key stakeholders;
• Risk Management - identifying and analyzing project risks from the perspective and ensuring that the consultants respond appropriately;
• Quality Management - ensuring that the client establishes appropriate project standards and quality assurance processes so that consultant deliverables and work products meet the needs and rework is prevented or minimized;
• Issue Management & Problem Resolution - working with the client and its consultants to ensure that issues are adequately captured, tracked, and resolved in the client's best interest;
• Performance Management - working with the client and its consultants to set up appropriate status reporting and metrics to monitor and report on project progress and performance;

REQUIRED:
• Minimum 5 years of successful project management experience leading and managing large, complex projects with multiple, competing stakeholder needs.
• Hands-on experience creating/reviewing and negotiating a variety of complex technology contracts, preferably from the customer side,
• Experience in data center management and hardware and software procurement is preferred, as is experience successfully performing in the same or similar capacity
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word and Excel; and Visio
• Ability to work with limited supervision, and to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Due to an expansion into the U.S. market, we are searching for a Manager,
Regulatory Affairs who will partner with the senior management team and provide
strategic regulatory support. Your goal will be to maintain positive
relationships with customers and regulatory agencies through oral and written
communications regarding pre-submissions strategies, potential regulatory
pathways, compliance test requirements, clarification and follow up of
submissions under review.

Responsibilities:

· Provide input on promotional reviews, research protocols and
reports
· Evaluate and approve proposed changes to products and processes;
develop, approve and implement U.S. regulatory plans based on these changes
· Submit approved material with appropriate documentation to DDMAC
in compliance with submission timelines
· Plan and conduct internal audits, facilitate customer audits and
audits by regulatory agencies
· Make decisions on how data is presented to customers and
agencies

· Provide Regulatory Affairs training to cross functional groups
· Assist with policy and procedure development & implementation in
alignment with corporate headquarters policies.
· Maintain responsibility for processing, investigating, final
decision/disposition of investigation and response to customer complaints
· Assist with agency audits by compiling and reviewing data that
is to be presented to investigator

· Maintain effectiveness of the quality system

Requirements:

· BA/BS degree in one of the life sciences; advanced degree
preferred
· 3+ years of direct regulatory affairs experience in the
Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
· Experience developing and enhancing regulatory related SOPs
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· The ability and willingness to travel domestically and
internationally as required

Immediate need, starting on January 10th.
Duration of assignment is undetermined as this position is covering a leave of

Location: Oceanport
Salary: $15/$16 per hour
Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break

This position requires someone with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in
Accounts Payable.

Description:

* Process all types of A/P disbursements including but not limited to vendor
invoices, check requests, employee expenses, travel vouchers, petty cash
vouchers.
* Review invoices for sales tax, discounts, fuel surcharge and any
discrepancies
* Enter new vendors in PeopleSoft system and request w-9 forms when needed
* Help resolve vendor issues and take appropriate corrective actions to
process vouchers so they are ready to be paid.
* Interact with other teams in A/P department: cash management, voucher
processing, EDI, vendor maintenance and workflow team to coordinate all invoice
issues.
* Extensively and routinely communicate with other departments such as
Materials Management, Finance, Corporate, Administration, Department Heads, site
personnel in order to address invoice issues and concerns
* Cooperate with all internal third party and independent auditors as
necessary
* Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Part-Time Gift Shop Manager in Long Branch, NJ

This is a Part Time position, that could become permanent.
This is what we are looking for:

Candidates that could be considered for a permanent position as Gift Shop
Manager in the Long Branch location.
This would start out as a temporary position, with the following Hours:
Tuesday/Wednesday= 3pm to 8pm
Thursday= 12noon to 4 pm.
Sunday= 9:30am to 5 pm.
The candidate would be responsible for stocking the merchandise, keeping
inventory, all sales, opening and closing the shop.
Some retail experience will be a plus.
This is a part time position, about 22 hours a week.
We would require a criminal background check , and a possible drug test.

We will be paying about $14/15/hr.
