Westchester Networking Organization’s Potluck Supper

The Westchester Networking Organization (WNO) invites you to our monthly meeting on Monday, December 15, 2014 at the Croton On Hudson Free Library, 171 Cleveland Drive, Croton On Hudson, NY 10520. The following is planned starting at 6 p.m. and ending at 8:45 p.m. sharp:

 

·         Our Sixth Annual Year-end Potluck Supper and full-time Networking.

·         Door Prizes, games, good times

·         The WNO Career Doctor is in. Plan to visit with independent career coach Linsey Levine, who will offer brief, professional one-on-one advisory sessions.

·         Lew Tischler will offer his popular Small Business advisory sessions. Come in early to sign up.

Listed below are Next Week's Upcoming Networking Events. Allmeetings are open to the public, plus you are welcome and strongly encouragedto attend. Try going to at least one or two meetings a week, what you learnthere will definitely help shorten your time in transition. Also, many of thesegroups convene in the evening, so it will not take time away from your dailyjob search activities.

Think of these meetings as opportunities, sort of like going toschool, to learn something that can reduce your time in transition by gainingknowledge in job search and interviewing skills needed to excel and standoutfrom your competition.

In traveling to these events, consider car pooling. Not only willit reduce the cost of driving there, but the friendly conversation will makethe ride seem to go much faster.

Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development
Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems. In-depth understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities
Hands-on experience in administration, and operations of:
Windows Server Administration
Network technologies and equipment
Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to daily management including implementing effective and innovative software development technologies
Excellent understanding of project management principles
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business needs and recommend technical solutions
