Summary
Our client is seeking an HR Associate, Talent Acquisition who will work with the HR team, hiring managers, and administrative support staff to facilitate the recruitment process, i.e., enter data into applicant tracking system, schedule and coordinate complex candidate interview agendas, travel arrangements, background checks, drug screens, offer letters, etc. as appropriate. The contractor will also support financial management/ budget related aspects of the department's business to include creation of purchase orders, processing of invoices, and processing of candidate expense reports.

This 5-month contract is located in New Haven, CT

Skills and Qualifications
• 5-10+ years related experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Calendaring
• Demonstrated time management expertise and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Character/ personality traits: Self-starter, confident, outgoing, persuasive, persistent, responsive, accountable
• Works effectively in both individual and team-based settings and projects
• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or administration support.

Individuals give a 15 second elevator speech aboutthemselves -- who you are, what you are looking for, target companies (2-3),how the group can help you, and how you can help the group.
