The Schegg Group is conducting a search for a Vice President, Engineering. Our client is known for their legacy in supplying state-of-the-art timers and process control products, and has become a global leader in the development and deployment of End-to-End ERP solutions for the food service industry.
As a key member of our manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include:
* Leads all aspects of the company's product development engineering function
* Conceptualizes and guides day-to-day management of simultaneous projects
* Delivers manufacturable designs to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints
* Leads and develops a team of 15 or more Engineering staff
* Manages product design from ideation to execution. Recommends methods, materials and layouts for improvement based on manufacturing needs and capabilities. Works in seamless conjunction with Product Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance functions.
* Builds, develops, and manages an Engineering team capable of carrying out required initiatives.
* A coach/player, s/he acts as manager, support resource, and mentor

Requirements:
* BSEE
* Demonstrated competency in electronic hardware and software design
* Experience developing engineered products for electronic control technologies used in appliances, HVAC, and industrial equipment
* 15+ years industry engineering experience, with at least 5 years in management capacity
* Ability to manage diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexity with overall management responsibility for the full Engineering function (currently a 15-member team)

Position: Global Director Human Resources

The Schegg Group is conducting a search for a Commercial Accountant. Our client is a worldwide leading manufacturer of bonding and adhesive components and solutions for the Healthcare, Industrial and Electronics markets.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Provide leadership and partner with the management team to drive processes in support of the Healthcare BU and HR priorities. These include change management, talent acquisition and development, performance and compensation management, succession planning, employee relations and organizational design and restructuring.
* Partner with the HC management team on the talent review process, including the creation of succession and development plans for leaders and high potentials.
* Drive the performance management and salary review process for the HC BU, ensuring consistency for performance rating calibration.
* Maintain knowledge of domestic & international HR policies, programs, laws, etc
* Manage and develop the global Human Resources team
* Manage the US benefit programs to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness
* Partner with Group HR to facilitate business improvements & deliver HR best practices
Essential Skills | Experience:
* Strong business acumen, customer focus and team orientation
* Thorough knowledge of UK, federal, state and local employment law

* Robust financial modelling in excel
* Ability to drive strategic planning
* 3-5 years of Cost Accounting knowledge, preferably in manufacturing

* Experience in a professional finance environment
* Experience in a multi-site manufacturing organization
* Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required
* MBA, Masters in Human Resources or related field preferred
* International and domestic travel required (20%)
* SPHR or SHRM certification

Overview
Our client is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to manage projects for email, digital and direct marketing campaigns for internal clients; Manage production/project schedule; Manage internal/external creative support staff including design, writing and editing; Schedule and lead internal and client meetings; Oversee and ensure that design style and copy tone adhere to brand standards.
This is a 5-month contract assignment in Stamford, CT.
Skills and Qualifications:
