Our client, a well respected leader in their field, is in the process of a complete redesign and implementation of their voice network infrastructure. Currently they have a mixture of Avaya, Cisco and Nortel equipment and they will be moving to a unified Cisco Solution. To facilitate this new architecture, they are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Engineer to join their team.

The primary responsibilities will be to provide engineering design, development and implementation services for voice communications projects. The successful candidate will:

- Participate in the development and execution of telecommunications projects.
- Review, evaluate and repair network systems failures to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption to service.
- Participate in the analysis, design and testing of telecommunications networks.

- Certifies network systems components to ensure compliance with corporate network systems.
- Mentor and coach members of the team, under the overall leadership of the manager.

The Global Program Lead Director is responsible for both operations specific and front office initiatives supporting the Listed Derivatives businesses.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management


Responsible for the global management and oversight of multiple projects / initiatives ("programs").

Partner with the program stakeholders to define and agree program strategy and drive implementation of solutions.

Qualifications:

 

Project management experience within investment banking / broker-dealer operations sector.

Strong leadership experience including: global exposure, managing multiple projects of varying scale / scope simultaneously, driving / influencing change across virtual teams.
Deep and practical knowledge of change methodologies, especially technology implementation approaches.
Strong business analysis skills, e.g., requirements gathering, business process flow diagramming, architecture design, analytical / problem solving skills, etc..
Fluency with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, & presentation skills.
Experienced with staff management & development, coaching, & mentoring.
Formalized change management skills / accreditation, e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Six Sigma.

 

Experience & Education:

 

A minimum of 10 plus years in the financial services industry…running programs/projects.

A Business Analyst is needed for the SP- GOLD initiative that involves upgrading the Insight Publisher application to a newer version. In addition they will be migrating the Organon users from Coredossier to Insight Publisher. There are 70 users total with 10 sitting in the Netherlands . So, this is a Global System. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements from employees in Reports and Submissions both on the clinical and non-clinical side. He or she will working with some existing requirements that will have to be merged with the new requirements. This person will also be working directly with Liquent (the vendor who makes Insight Publisher). They will need to work with the Business side, the vendor, and the Validation and documentation teams. There is a tight deadline in place that cannot be moved for any reason.

Additional Job Info:
Qualified candidates must have: 1. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst 2. Experience working in a Pharmaceutical company 3. Preferred experience with Insight Publisher but acceptable with Coredossier. A candidate with both would be the best option. 4. Must be flexible and have excellent listening and communication skills
