Spherion has a client in Tinton Falls, that needs a customer service candidate, with "Call In" experience. This is a 6 month position, handling "called in" changes to accounts for a major shipping company. Heavy phone and date entry work.
The hours are: 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday/Friday.

Client is looking for software engineers with computer architecture, C/C++ programming, and Linux/Unix skills to join existing development and test teams. As a member of a small advanced software team, candidates will be challenged to implement, debug, and test components of system software. This system software is a suite of Linux-based applications that is used to manage a massively parallel computer system.


Scope:
Design, implement, test and debug a highly-reliable distributed system.
- Solid experience with multithreading, Pthreads in particular.

Job Purpose: Responsible for all global aspects of project(s) planning and execution within pre-specified program plan as well as for contributing to the clinical design of innovative, new molecular/chemical entities or line extensions of approved products. Using the VP, Medical as a resource, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, timeline management, identification of project risks and contingency planning, preparation of study related materials, supervision of study related activities, communication and management of the clinical study committees for Phase II through Phase IV development.. Contributes to U.S. and Ex-U.S. regulatory filings and contributes to cross-functional leadership team as part of the Global Innovation Group.

Key Responsibilities:
(in priority order) Reviews all development projects on regular basis and ensures timely execution of project summaries, reports, etc. in accordance with agreed plans, as required.
Plans budget and resource requirements to conduct cost-effective programs that yield necessary information and enable product development from Phase 1 through Phase 4, NDA, sNDA, MAA and license variation creation and submission and post-launch activities.
Develops approaches to clinical trial designs, collection of trial data, analyses/results, and presentation of results to management and both domestic and global regulatory authorities in multiple or large study management
Identifies critical needs and provides senior technical expertise in relation to the planning and execution of overall development strategy and interpretation of clinical trials and research.
Ensures clinical trials are conducted and reported in accordance with Good Clinical Practices, applicable regulations, and SOP guidelines.
Recruits/trains/ supervises contract CRAs, etc., as required.
Oversees the creation of documentation, and ensures maintenance and utilization of Standard Operating Procedures.
Leads individual development and training, knowledge, and expertise through research, technical bulletins, and attending appropriate seminars.
