The field trainer will be responsible for conducting Medicare training/coaching in the field as necessary and appropriate. Address questions from marketing representatives and other staff about products, application procedures, documentation requirements, eligibility requirements, regulations, policies and other issues related to Medicare products. In addition, the field trainer will be responsible for observing and assessing staff sales presentations for accuracy and compliance and provide recommendations for staff development in order to minimize marketing incidents and improve the quality and efficiency of the sales process.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Provide all post and new hire training support and staff development for field based Medicare marketing representatives.
. Conduct refresher and ad hoc trainings as directed.
. Observe and assess sales presentations and activities in order to provide training interventions as per established protocols or as needed.
. Assist as needed with in house training activities.

SKILL SETS:

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Effectively coach and motivate staff
. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
. Strong organizational and time management skills a must
. Able to work with diverse population
. Must be able to take direction
. Travel within New York and New Jersey areas

· Supply planning responsibilities for assigned product lines including MRP planning and scheduling within Company operating procedures and policies
· Inventory management
· Reporting and analyzing supply planning metrics to achieve a high level of customer service.

· Basic knowledge of cGMPs and ISO 900 Standards
· Strong broad based systems knowledge with emphasis on Windows applications

We have an opening with our direct client for a Business Objects person for a 5 month assignment on a government project in Ohio. A brief job description is listed below. If you have these skills and are interested let me know ASAP.

· Knowledge of Business Objects XIR2 and Teradata
· Knowledge on data flows, and mapping inflows to Teradata and business objects with various source systems
· Knowledge of ETL tools.
· Knowledge of how to publish corporate reports in Business Objects requirement
· Ability to work with defined standards and preferable experience with GCSS-AF Data standards
