Large global company in Fort Worth is seeking to hire an Adobe AEM Architect
for a 6 month consulting engagement. Will work with the company's Web
Content team in migrating current regional websites to the Adobe Experience
Manager environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This AEM Architect will serve as an AEM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and team
member within the company's Web Content team to identify functional
requirements and ultimately, plan and implement the AEM solutions. The
Adobe AEM Architect / Developer will be responsible for setting best
practices for AEM Enterprise platform. Will be responsible for development,
review and deployment of code including workflows, and will recommend any
areas of improvement to development team. This person will play the central
role in identifying & implementing technical solutions within the AEM
environment and lead troubleshooting efforts.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Sr. Project Manager who will support a wide range of projects within Global Operations. The Senior PM will partner with project team leads to set priorities & agendas, track and maintain project schedule/goals and performance metrics, provide status updates and escalate issues as needed, maintain and organize relevant documentation. The consultant will ensure that projects and project teams are properly set up, team roles and responsibilities are clear, deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans are identified. Apply PM best practices in the planning, alignment, initiation, execution, control, and closing of projects and contribute to the development and implementation of PMO-wide standards on project management methodology and tools.

This is a 4-month W-2 contract position. Location: Cheshire, CT, with travel up to 10%

Skills and Qualifications

* 5 – 8 years' experience managing projects with varying degrees of complexity; preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry
* Thorough understanding of the functions within Global Operations including process development, analytical sciences, manufacturing, quality and supply chain
* Experience managing global projects with team members in multiple locations
* Experience managing internal resources and external contractors/vendors
* Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time with client satisfaction
* High level of proficiency in MS Office software including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Project and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Project Server a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills; fluent and able to influence others in spoken and written English

* Bachelors' degree in scientific discipline
* PMP certification preferred
* Understanding and adherence to PMI's or similar Project Management methodologies

Cure Violence Program is seeking to hire staff for a community-based gun violence prevention program that aims to reduce and prevent shootings in the Coney Island community through the use of public health strategies.Location: Brooklyn, NY The program is a replication of the evidence-based Cure Violence model (see: http://cureviolence.org).The program works to prevent gun violence by 1) mediating conflicts that may end in gun violence, 2) changing the thinking of individuals who are most at risk of being victims or perpetrators of violence, and 3) working closely with a broad coalition of local partners to promote a visible community-wide message that shooting is unacceptable behavior.The most critical position is that of the Program Manager, for which a job description follows.Funding for this program was accessed through the leadership, vision and concern for our communities of Councilman Mark Treyger.Job Description
Cure Violence
Program ManagerThe Program Manager will be responsible for leading all program operations, as well as ensuring that the program remains true to the Cure Violence model.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and program partners, including law enforcement, faith leaders, and community stakeholders, in order to identify and access resources for high risk individuals
- Supervise Outreach Worker Supervisor and the Outreach Team
- Recruit and supervise volunteers
- Create and implement a community mobilization plan that encourages resident involvement in activities designed to change local norms towards gun violence. This may include the creation of an anti-violence coalition or participation in a pre-existing coalition
- Organize and execute regular community events, including responses to shootings in the target area;
- Develop and disseminate public education materials
- Help to develop the social media presence
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with Outreach Workers to ensure proper referrals and case management
- Monitor late night staff activities through "spot checks"
- Identify professional development opportunities for staff
- Prepare grant progress reports and other program reports as needed
- Report regularly to supervisor about successes concerns and needs
- Participate in administration/management meetings and ensure that meeting proceedings are communicated to staff and supervisor(s)
- Fulfill speaking engagements and media events on behalf of the program
- Interface with current and potential funders and supporters
- Coordinate fiscal reporting and human resources matters with other staff as needed
- Collaborate with and maintain regular contact with local technical assistance providers
- Work with the program evaluator to effectively track, manage, and analyze all program data
- Complete documentation and reports on a timely basis
- Organize and participate in regular reviews of program progress and any other responsibilities that may develop in the course of the work
- Coordinate interview panels to hire field staff
- Regular, timely completion of documentation and reports
- Review and assess progress to programmatic goals
Qualifications
Looking for an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter with a passion for preventing gun violence. The ideal candidate will have a BA or higher (MA preferred) in a human services field or equivalent experience; significant program management experience (e.g., supervising staff, monitoring budgets, documenting activities and outcomes, meeting program goals, etc.); and proven community organizing abilities. He or she will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal); the ideal candidate would be equally at home conversing with gang members, community activists, law enforcement personnel, and public officials. Experience hiring and supervising formerly incarcerated individuals is a plus. Past criminal justice system involvement is fine, but no pending criminal cases or prior convictions for sexual assault, child abuse or domestic violence.
